It went well all I had to do was fill out a few things. Then gather up my documents. Then the final step was to talk with someone and get it all verified.
I tried to use this service in conjunction with Cox Communications to receive a low income internet connection, which I qualify for. The ID.me website requested and then rejected my IRS tax transcript. I will be taking my internet business elsewhere: AT&t's provider, and ID.me competitor called Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) approved me in 10 minutes. Cox, headsup: your partner in this is terrible and costing you business.

This was a complicated process. The functionality of the website was ok. However, it didn't work and i had to do a video chat. 9 MORE WEEKS?!?! IVE BEEN CHECKING MY BALANCE EVERYDAY.
