However when it came to the verify my phone number, it would not allow me any further since I share a phone plan with my daughter and its in her name. I then had to call former employer for a W2. Should have taken 10 mins, Process finally was over in 3 days.

I appreciated how quickly the document upload process was, as well as the way my identity was verified through video. I think video is a great way to add identity protection. Americans can now rest easy and feel more secure with our identity being kept safe.
