I hope I can give this zero Stars because that's how I feel about it my experience using ID me. This is not user friendly and after jumping through all the hoops and eventually reaching an agent, who cuts you off if you ask a question, they need you to jump through more hoops. My experience had the first agent disconnect me. I persevered and finally got to a second agent but these people seem to be on a time schedule where they can only spend a few seconds talking to you. Again, horrible!
My experience was horrible in trying to upload pictures of my ID's from my cell phone. I found that scanning the ID's worked the best.

Apparantly I signed up for id.me in 2018 and did not use it. It Expired! After attempting to Sign up again, I kept getting kicked out because I didn't understand how to get back to pages that needed Codes!
It finally worked but did take time... I should have asked an 8 year old to help!

Huge $#*!ing pain in the $#*! to get to an agent. Most W2 don't have a full ssn. An agent could see the I'd and compare to the person. Bottom line, you suck major green donkey $#*!

I have had ID.me for quite some time and have never used it to it's full potential. Logging into important sites using this is a game changer. If you are in the military this is a must have.
