I love to shop at Kroger but I hate shopping at Kroger with Ibotta. It's always such a delay on getting your credits for what you purchased. I bought two body washes on one receipt. Why would it take over 12 hours to get the credit applied? Just two delayed with Kroger. When I shop Walmart or CVS, it's immediately credited and applied.

I was missing $5 from a purchase that should have worked using the App. It did not so I had to connect to customer service. They were prompt and issued me the $5. Ibotta is always helpful.

I bought cover girl makeup and when I went to claim the rewards, it said it didn't qualify, all the other covers girl make did.

I had issues linking my phone number from my old account. Ibotta provided very quick service and remedied my issue within a couple of hours. The communication was great!

I had an issue where I uploaded a printed receipt and the app took the receipt and scanned my item offers but when it came time to get the cash, the money was rejected due to the receipt being on a printed paper and not a regular receipt. I reached out to ibotta to let them know that the store (kroger)in which I picked up my order from no longer gives out paper receipts for pickup orders. And i can't connect my kroger account to ibotta either. The store refused to give me a print out when I went in and asked for one also. I told ibotta team I'd have to return everything in the store and rebuy it just to get a print out. The ibotta team looked over my receipt and the offers I didn't get credited for and they went ahead issued a credit to my ibotta account. I truly appreciate their understanding and the credit and I hope they'll start allowing printed out receipts from stores that refuse to give one. They saved me a trip to the store and the return hassle. Thank you

Any time that I experience an issue with missing rebates or items not scanning correctly, I send a message to customer service and they are always willing to help by correcting the problem. Sometimes it can be a little confusing trying to explain what's going on but overall, the solution is fixed in a timely manner.

Was a bit confused on the withdrawal process and they made it kind of simple. It's been 7 days I have $21 and still having issues pulling but fingers crossed.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
