The app didn't recognize an item that I had purchased. I sent a ticket for help and was given credit for it and issue resolved very fast!

On occasion, an offer I signed up to get does not come through, usually for a linked account or for an online purchases. The Customer Service team at Ibotta has always helpful in restoring the missing offers. This is the one cashback app that has worked successfully.

I had an issue submitting a receipt for cash back via the app. I reached out to take care support, and they were quickly able to resolve the issue and deposit the earned cash into my account.

I have really enjoyed using Ibotta and getting money back for my purchases. However, I wish I could add my offers to a shopping list or something because I forget what I've clicked. I do like that O can go back
And add offers if I remember to check
My email right away.

One of the only refund apps that is quick and wants to resolve issues regardless of outcome! Which makes them the best customer service around! Keep making your customers happy and we will keep spending money!

I had not been able to redeem an offer on a product that I had redeemed in the past. They were quick and responsive in helping and gave me credit right away

I swear Ibotta has the best deals and the customer support staff is so helpful - if needed of course. I love Ibotta and won't use any other "cash back/savings" apps!

I forgot to put the product I was buying on my offers and noticed it after submitting receipt. Contacted Ibotta support and took care of it so fast, within the day. Been doing Ibotta for years, love it.

Ibotta personnel assisted me with missing cash rebates after a purchase at Dollar General. Apparently Dollar General no longer allows you to upload receipts, they must be done at the register when you check out with a linked account to Dollar General. I didn't know that. Thank you.

I have been using ibotta for a few years now. I love it! It's easy to use and I have made over $700! Not bad for a few minutes of work. Best of all is their customer service. If I have a question or a small problem, they respond quickly with an answer! How is that for service?!

I hadn't used Ibotta for years and started using it again. I made a mistake on an item I thought would be credited by Ibotta but, my bad, it was not. I read it wrong and the one I purchased was excluded. I contacted Ibotta and they got back with me quickly, explained the situation, and credited me with the amount. Yeh, Ibotta.

When I uploaded a receipt today, the amount I was to earn for 2 products I purchased were denied. I contacted customer service in the app and within the hour they had resolved the issue and I received my dollars! Love this app! 💵

I had trouble getting one of my "cash back" offers to show that it qualified, it kept denying it. I contacted Ibotta, they responded so quickly, adding my cash back to my account.

I needed to reset my password but had a new email and didn't have access to my old email. Submitted a request on ibotta for help and they responded within minutes and got it taken care of for me. Very good customer service.

The app generally works very well. On rare occasions there is a problem. Customer service replies promptly, politely, and accurately. Can't ask for more than that!
