I forgot to put the product I was buying on my offers and noticed it after submitting receipt. Contacted Ibotta support and took care of it so fast, within the day. Been doing Ibotta for years, love it.

Ibotta personnel assisted me with missing cash rebates after a purchase at Dollar General. Apparently Dollar General no longer allows you to upload receipts, they must be done at the register when you check out with a linked account to Dollar General. I didn't know that. Thank you.

I have been using ibotta for a few years now. I love it! It's easy to use and I have made over $700! Not bad for a few minutes of work. Best of all is their customer service. If I have a question or a small problem, they respond quickly with an answer! How is that for service?!

In the beginning, Ibotta was great, but for the last couple of years, almost every receipt I submit is either rejected entirely, or the high dollar coupon items are rejected, even on the "any size, any variety" items. I keep hoping they will get the bugs worked out.
I hadn't used Ibotta for years and started using it again. I made a mistake on an item I thought would be credited by Ibotta but, my bad, it was not. I read it wrong and the one I purchased was excluded. I contacted Ibotta and they got back with me quickly, explained the situation, and credited me with the amount. Yeh, Ibotta.

At first it was giving any items more frequently and higher amounts but after having the app for almost six years it has pretty much dropped any items and lessened the amounts.
Some stores have nothing that I buy or add onto the app.
When I uploaded a receipt today, the amount I was to earn for 2 products I purchased were denied. I contacted customer service in the app and within the hour they had resolved the issue and I received my dollars! Love this app! 💵

I had trouble getting one of my "cash back" offers to show that it qualified, it kept denying it. I contacted Ibotta, they responded so quickly, adding my cash back to my account.

I needed to reset my password but had a new email and didn't have access to my old email. Submitted a request on ibotta for help and they responded within minutes and got it taken care of for me. Very good customer service.

The app generally works very well. On rare occasions there is a problem. Customer service replies promptly, politely, and accurately. Can't ask for more than that!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
