This morning I checked the site before going shopping. I saw peanuts so I put those on my shopping list. When I was shopping, I couldn't find the peanuts on the site? I bought them anyway. Somehow, I got money back. Very confusing. But other than that I love it!
I had issues linking my phone number from my old account. Ibotta provided very quick service and remedied my issue within a couple of hours. The communication was great!

I had an issue where I uploaded a printed receipt and the app took the receipt and scanned my item offers but when it came time to get the cash, the money was rejected due to the receipt being on a printed paper and not a regular receipt. I reached out to ibotta to let them know that the store (kroger)in which I picked up my order from no longer gives out paper receipts for pickup orders. And i can't connect my kroger account to ibotta either. The store refused to give me a print out when I went in and asked for one also. I told ibotta team I'd have to return everything in the store and rebuy it just to get a print out. The ibotta team looked over my receipt and the offers I didn't get credited for and they went ahead issued a credit to my ibotta account. I truly appreciate their understanding and the credit and I hope they'll start allowing printed out receipts from stores that refuse to give one. They saved me a trip to the store and the return hassle. Thank you

Any time that I experience an issue with missing rebates or items not scanning correctly, I send a message to customer service and they are always willing to help by correcting the problem. Sometimes it can be a little confusing trying to explain what's going on but overall, the solution is fixed in a timely manner.

Was a bit confused on the withdrawal process and they made it kind of simple. It's been 7 days I have $21 and still having issues pulling but fingers crossed.

The ap stated buy 2cans of Pedigree dog food and get $1.50 back. I scanned the 2c cans and it said it was a match. But after I submitted my Target receipt, I did not get the $1.50 in my account.
I've had problems/issues only a couple times over the years of using Ibotta, and every time they have completely satisfied me with their solutions. Don't hesitate to use Ibotta. They always have your back!

I purchased Cetaphil as you advertised a rebate at Costco. The packaged contained a 20 oz and a 16 oz. No credit was allowed, stating it couldn't match barcode. So because Costco offered a special, I dont get your offer? Done with your gimmicks!
My app logged me out and I spent days trying to get back in using Facebook as always. I was getting very upset. The careteam here was able to direct me to the correct place on FB to remove the info from them and finally log in using a password. The app is working again and I am very happy to be logged in with all my info and history intact.

I was having difficulties with verifying my number which prevented me from being able to withdraw my earnings. Ibotta is a wonderful app. Just enter the stores you shop most, look for the products on your shopping list and specials that you may want to try even when they are not on your list and start saving. I have saved about $50 so far in a few months.

I had a receipt that did not register an item when I scanned it. I emailed them and within 24 hours I had a response and the money showed on my account. They even explained why it could have possible missed it. It was quick and very professionally handled.

I was looking through the Publix app and clicked on 3 items that were in it. Bitters and 2 Chomps. I didn't think that I would have to look further into the offers as they were clearly listed in the Publix app, however when I submitted my receipt I only got reimbursed for the bitters and not the Chomps as that offer was only available at certain stores (Publix not being one of them). If an offer is not available at a store, it should not be listed on their app.

I check Ibotta every time I go shopping. Most every time i find some savings on items i was already going to purchase. I find their customer service to be exceptional. They really help if there is an issue or you just have a question. I recommend checking it out! You won't be disappointed.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
