After purchasing eligible items and submitting for redemption, I noticed I wasn't getting my cash back. I reached out to ibotta support and within 2 hours Todd replied back that he saw my receipt and what I was redeeming and took care of the cash back. I had a great experience with customer support and it was great that they could quickly respond.

We found items that are good nutrition for couples. There are not too many offers of items we buy that are nutritional for our lifestyle. The offers lately seemed to be geared to ppl with bigger family needs. Hopefully there will be more offers for just 2 ppl buying habits. Thanks

I really like Ibotta, but with your card linked, such as Food Lion, it sometimes doesn't pick up what you've earned. There have bern many times that I've missed money with a linked card. I have learned to unlink my card and scan the receipt. It then gives the rebate. Can you look into fixing this? Because of this reason I will not link Walmart.

I had an issue of not receiving a couple of rewards for my online purchases. I reached out to Ibottas customer service for help. After sending proof of my receipt and the clipped Ibotta items, France, who was utterly wonderful and prompt, fixed the issue without delay! Two thumbs up Ibotta, for top tier customer service reps, fun bonuses and cash back for purchases.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
