I got an email saying cash back was removed due to a possible return or sale cancellation (a month after the purchase). I did not return anything, so I contacted the care team and this time they didn't put me through the tedious task of uploading pictures or relocating all the items from my purchase. They just simply gave me my earnings back. It was just over $2, which is a lot considering I've had to go back and forth for 80 cents in the past. This was a much greater experience.

The system would not accept the barcode from the item described. After reviewing the specific description and confirming the items I purchased, I forwarded a note to the Care Team. My issue was reviewed by the Care Team and my credits were manually added by the Care Team.

The Ibotta Team assisted in providing detailed explanations of why I was having problems with linking a Piggly Wiggly rewards since it was affiliated with Food Giant. Although this is a unique experience since I live in a rural area, the Ibotta Team kindly was able to honor the offers. The response time was prompt with multiple representatives chiming in to assist. I have been a long term Ibotta user and have great results with over $2500 in savings during the last couple of years. Appreciate opportunities to use Ibotta for not only for the cost savings, but also their customer support team's quick and descriptive responses making me a happy Ibotta user!

I should have got $10 back. If I would have done 2 transactions with 2 different payments. I would have received $10 but instead I did 1 transaction with my 2 Orgain in which I only received $5 back for the coupon.

I've been with Ibotta for over 10 years. I haven't made/saved a lot of money using it over all this time, but I have earned over $200. Every little bit helps though. I've had a couple of problems over the years and Ibotta has never failed to solve the problem. Their representatives have always been kind and professional.

At first Ibotta said they wouldn't pay me for my rebate because they said I already received the offer through dollar general. But I try to tell them that the Ibotta rebate was a different transaction. Then I checked my account later and my money was there. I informed the Ibotta team that it was there even though said they couldn't do anything.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)

Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
