I found I was not credited with the amount of rebate I should have received. I contacted "Ibotta Support," and within minutes, my account was credited with the missing cash!
I was missing cash back from online pick up order (5-26-25)So I submitted a request w/attached photos. I did not receive the credit so again I reached out today and it was taken care of immediately. Thank you

There is a weekend cash- bonus that I achieved but was not credited. Please advise. When I click the link to submit a ticket the site is down. It won't let me log in I'm not sure if those are two separate issues.

I submitted a receipt with a cash back of $2.25 and $. 50 it gave me the $. 50 but not the other scanned the item and said barcode not valid. This has happened multiple times.
Everyone i have been in contact with through Ibotta customer service has been wonderful. They have always resolved my issue for me or explained why they couldnt.

Before I go shopping, I check Ibotta offers, and I usually find at least one offer to help me save money, but it's more like 3-4 offers.

I use it because during these tough times every penny counts. The down side to this app vs some other apps, is the lack of linking accounts and needing a physical receipt instead of a digital one. I am disabled and have most of my items delivered now and this penalizes the elderly and disabled.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
