Ibotta did it again.They put products in for rebates that didn't scan or qualify (but they really did). It took 2 days to get it fixed when I finally hooked up with someone named Lord.They did a great job!
I purchased 3 packs of air wick essential oils and did not get credit. I submitted my review and spoke with Ronnie! Ronnie was very helpful and responded quickly to my request after I submitted my receipt! I really appreciated the quick response time!

Easy money when it works. A lot of times I don't get the money I thought was coming from purchasing. Some days there are bonuses. Easy payout with PayPal.

Always Ibotta has the best customer service! Even if I make a mistake when I am in an location that doesn't have great cellular service and can't verify exactly what terms are for the product, they let me know. As well as fixing the most recent problem from a Dollar Tree receipt because they have horrible and very difficult to read receipts. I sent customer service a new image of the receipt that was taken even closer up then what Ibotta app could. Thanks for all of the Ibotta staff for being amazing, fast response time and helpful!

This app was my favorite but now I stress about getting deals and doing the bonus because lately I have been getting no help with the problems. It's always questioning me and my actions instead of the issue that needs to be fixed. It takes days to get resolved and it's not for when I take the time from my family to get the offers. My time and gas isn't ever reconcized. It's very frustrating at times, when you have a bonus expiring so the I heave to go get another offer to complete the bonus. I had some mistakes I owed up on but I'm pretty filmier on how this app runs and I feel like it's a fight. I hope this gets fixed.

I had an issue with a picture of my receipt and $ being removed from my account (due to clarity, which the ink at some stores is very light). Customer service quickly fixed the issue within 24 hours. Anytime I need to contact them about anything, they quickly get back to me.

I was shopping and go gurt was available as a ibotta. I got 4. And then once in my car. It was gone. After multiple messages back and forth. I was credited the two dollars and also credited 4 items to towards my 53 for the grilling bonus. Thank you very much.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
