I bought four items that were exactly the same and printed in order on my receipt. Interestingly enough, only three were acknowledged. They were ice cream cones, so I threw out the box and tossed the individually wrapped cones in the freezer.
I repeated the process, and captured the receipt several times. Finally, I had to capture the UPC FROM A BOX ONLINE. Lo and behold, the compensation reflected only three of the four purchases. Too much effort for $. 75.
The app allows users to make purchases from some online retailers however the rebates may not go through even after the 7 day waiting period. Thankfully the customer service rep Hennica was able to help. I hope in the future there an easier way to communicate with ibotta representatives because everything i put in the chat to the ibotta automatic helper...(Carlotta I think) had to be repeated to Hennica. Its frustrating and annoying. Why ask all these questions of the consumer and don't pass it along to the representative?

I wish it was easier to get to an ibotta representative or to submit a ticket, but when one gets to that point it is pretty easy. They resolve any issue quickly.

I had selected my cash back but when I went to redeem it wasn't showing. Within 24 hours I had an answer & it was fixed right away!

I was unable to log into my account for over a week. I kept getting an error. I finally used the chat and heard back from Ibotta the same day. They resolved my issue quickly.

My account was blocked because the email of the account was closed by hotmail. I had to login to Ibotta, but I couldn't because the new email had to be updated. I contacted Ibotta and they solved the problem in 24 hours. Excellent!

Best app ever everytime I scan receipt in it works like a charm don't take long. I have been on many apps and never been successful as this one. Not to mention if you have any issues which is very seldom the customer service team you make a email to is great they get back in touch with you within a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend saves my family alot of money on everyday items

Had this app for a few years now and it's always great, never had a problem. Yesterday, I was going through one of my receipts & I mistakenly thought I was missing a cashback for an I tem I purchased, reached out to them, and explained that it did not qualify for a cashback for that item. They still credited me for it. It was my bad, but hank you so much.

I had to rescan items as one of my ibotta offers did not give me the x2 redemptions and the first person who replied did not get it corrected so I replied and Jay took a look at it and quickly fixed my issue. I appreciate thst he look time to look it over and get it corrected.

In attempting to change my original Ibotta email I inadvertently set up a new account canceling my original account. Contacting support via email and dealing with Kate provided an easy avenue to solve the issue. In two short emails, the issue was resolved perfectly.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
