This app is great but you must do the back work In order to get your money. The PayPal transfer is automatic which is great compared to other sites which take days.

Ibotta has several good rewards that are easily obtainable early on. The more you progress the higher the bar gets and the less the rewards are.

I love this app! It is so easy to use and in a short amount of time, I have already saved $100! This is a no-brainer. Sign up, you have nothing to lose.

This has been THE BEST app I have EVER downloaded! I thought it was too good to be true, but it is DEFINITELY legitimate and the money in my bank account shows it!

I am used ibotta from 2013 and was enjoyed. But account was deactivated due to ibotta claimed was a counterfeit receipts. I have $300 rebates in the account.
I always receive a standard email stating per ibotta policy they have the right to deactivate account.
Otherwise, it appears ibotta can deactivate account at anytime and withholding funds without full explanations.

If I am doing something wrong, I am not gonna be writing and asking about anything.

I seem to never be able to receive my gift card after reaching the cash out amount. I was told my help ticket was "solved" when supposedly they resent my gift card. I verified my email address check all my junk and did all the other so called solutions. I can get junk email from them everyday but never the real important email like my cash I deserve. It is such a joke and total waste of time! Don't bother and if they say to reach out to them get ready for little to no help.

It's very easy to earn and save money and also maker money, cooperative team Ibotta, I love it, helpful

It's always great to earn a few more bucks just by buying our everyday items at the store. I use it as much as I can and take full benefit from it

I love ibotta. Cash back on things i already buy is great. I keep using my savings to buy more great things

Sometimes I find great deals and other times I find nothing. I always check it against my shopping list and every once and a while I will try new things just because of the cash back, but not as often as I would if I had a coupon in hand and didn't have to pay full price up front.

Is this for real? This is by far THE WORST app going! Hard to use - hard to figure out - just plain BAD! I thought it was me, but I got my niece to try and figure it out (who, by the way handles a very large Amazon account so she knows her way around these things), and she said it was just plain unusable. Here's a clue, why not let the receipt and THE APP do some work. Why not have the user just upload their receipt and have THE APP find the deals, match them up and give the user the credit. Gee, wouldn't that be simple and make people want to use it. Ya, I really want to go hunting around on your unusable app to get 25 cents back on a can of peas from Market Basket. Right!

After fidgetting with it for an hour and a half, I finally got it to take my items and receipt. - Wow! $15.00 I was going to get. HA! You know what I got? A great big email with "Your receipt wasn't readable and so I got NOTHING! Don't waste my time! And if you are looking for someone to call and walk you through it, forget that too - you get a recording that says no one can take your call. If this app continues to be so user UNfriendly, it's going NOWHERE!

Recommend it to someone? Sure! I'll recommend they stay the heck away from it! I'm going to look right now to find other places I can give this app a bad review so others aren't caught up in IBOTTA HELL.

This app is trash. Doesn't give you clear instructions nor any helpful tips. Plus every time I shop my receipts are usually long and this stupid app can't get any easier. Thanks for wasting my 10 mins of life thinking I was gonna save money.

I came here to try to find out if the app is as confusing to others as it is to me
I am not technologically ignorant, but this site is just so disorganized and confusing. And what's more, none of the receipts I tried would scan. Then I saw where basically every review on here is people complaining about being unable to get their earned rewards. Glad I checked before wasting my time trying to figure out how to use the app.

Not only do you get pennies for brands you've never heard of, trying to get cash back or a gift card is ridiculous. It took lots of communication to get my $20 and they gave me an Amazon gift card, which I didn't ask for. The number was not valid. The next time I tried to use it the message came up that it was already used. After emailing ibotta for was the 6th time they told me to contact Amazon. All those scanned receipts for a very long time didn't get me anything. I deleted the app.
