Cannot believe after uploading all my receipts from recent shopping trips and finally accumulating something in my balance to withdrawal my account is being flagged and they won't let me take my money out. I get an email back saying I need to provide information because my activity is suspicious. I'm sorry what!?! Spending a $#*!ton of money on products and food and using your app for what it's intended for to get a rebate back is suspicious then why have the app!?! Terrible customer service. It's basically become a scam.

I have been using Ibotta for a little over two months and have already gotten $200 in rewards. I will say I have a $48 reward for an HSN purchase that has taken almost 30 days to get validated, but I am confident that it will come through. It's easy to use, payment is quick and redeeming your earnings is very easy.

I started using Ibotta when the TikTok coupon bug bit me. I didn't really know what I was doing and when they deposited a few dollars into my account for signing up. And then I didn't think much of it because I needed $20 to cash out and thought, "lol that will never happen." Ummm, I was wrong. It's only been a little over a month and I've made $50 by literally buying only things I need. If I wanted to be extra and make all of these deals happen then I would have a lot more cash in my account, but I value being married This isn't a scam, it's a great way to add back a little of the money that has left your pocket. I find that I get the most cash back at Walmart, but I use Ibotta at Meijer, Dollar General, Family Dollar and Walgreens. I also always check it before making a purchase from a random online clothing retailer just incase they are giving a percentage back. Absolutely love Ibotta and would recommend to anyone!

Oh yeah after reading these reviews I can't believe it. I've never been locked out and I've always gotten quick responses. But I am always nice kind and respectful knowing that its not there fault its all computers till there's a problem. And it pays real money which is more than I can say about alot of other site/apps. Good job ibotta!

This is the best app I've ever seen where you can get money back on things that you buy everyday and within 1 year's time I have gotten over $255.00 added back to spend somewhere else. I'm new to this but I think I'm addicted to this app. It's not just a neat way to earn cash back when you shop it's a great way to try new products at a discount. I open it up every time I walk into a store just in case I want to try something new. The app is not perfect but the customer support is awesome. I'm loving this. I started in February and I have earned over $50 for March and close to $60 so far for April. Can't beat it. Yea

It's pretty hard and difficult to earn cash on this website. This is not my favorite website as I only get like $. 10 and mostly for a receipt as most of the products I never buy because they're too expensive.
