I not only get money back on items I purchase, I get extra bonuses for completing different requirements. I just got a $10 bonus for purchasing 16 items (all items I buy anyway), over a period of time. Plus, I just got bonus money for referring a friend to Ibotta, and my friend made $10 for joining Ibotta and using my code. It costs you nothing so there's nothing to lose. Ibotta is an awesome app that gives you cash back at a wide variety of stores both online and in store. I without a doubt recommend everybody to use Ibotta and get money back for the things you'd by normally. They also have a referral program that starts you off with $10 on your account after you get your first Cashback at any store. Thanks Ibotta for being you!

This is my first time using this app, and I love it! I received my money asap. I'm a believer!

Ibotta just took away $19.25 from my account with them. I also hadne received my last 2 transactions equalling $1.20 + $1.20.
Today's transactions would have added. 25 x 2 and. 50 x 2 however my account shows zero pending dollars.
Also, all of my history has been erased.
I've submitted receipts. I've done what they've asked each shopping trip.
I will no longer waste my time checking coupon boxes and dealing with this time wasting app.

I love Ibotta! It's super easy to do, The cash back offers are good. The only thing i dont like to much is that you have to go through the list of item and add them to your account before you scan your receipt then once scanned you add the items to that scanned receipt in order to get the cash back. I would prefer that once you scan your receipt the app find the items you purchased automatically but other then that I've earned over $76 in cash back so far its not a lot of money but it better then nothing just for a quick scan of your receipts. I always get the money sent directly to my PayPal account and the money gets transferred instantly no fee but has to be at least $20 You can also transfer to your bank or get a gift card. They also do bonuses a lot and offers like 2% cash back at certain stores which i love especially when there isn't any items on your receipt that quality you still earn that 2% cash back on your total purchase!

I have enjoyed the Ibotta app, and saving money! I have just hit the 50$ club and I've only had the app for a month. Simple to manage and helps you save on every day items.

I use it all the time because I like getting cash back. It activates the reward center in my brain. I know this. Ibotta also knows this. I spent $190 on a pair of shoes to get 10% cash back. I followed all the directions, shopped through Ibotta, tapped the right buttons. It was ANY item. I bought one pair of shoes full price, no discounts, no coupons, no promo codes. The cash back bonus was not expired. Ibotta notified me that they received my order and would let me know if my item earned cash back (which it definitely should have). Basically 2 weeks later they told me my order was not eligible for cash back, which is a lie.

I would not recommend this app to anyone who expects to receive more than $2 or $3 back for a purchase. Also super time consuming because you have to click on the store you plan on going to and individually add items to your list you want cash back for and then send pics of the receipt after purchase. Would be cooler if you could just shop stress free, then scan your receipt after and it automatically matched offers on the receipt if they had it for that particular store. You'd think in the year 2022 they'd figure out how to do that.

It's been longer than 6 months and they can't seem to process several of my booking.com transactions and also they take the bonuses away or won't honor and won't pay you them.

The app is broken stick to your other means of making money, you will buy a bunch of crap and wait for days to get credited if your lucky. Customer service forget about it. Doesnt work on weekends, even though they have a weekend warrior bonus. Your going to have to email customer service almost every transaction, always right when your in a pinch and need that extra money. The app owner should be ashamed.

I thought I was going to have a problem I had a card attached to my Walmart account and I went to do some in-store shopping after I checked all the savings I wanted to and I read the barcodes to make sure it was the right match made sure I could get however many items on one receipt I could it didn't credit me for everything I shot a message to customer service and they're in the process of taking care of me I'm sure that this will come out in my favor because they have a wonderful staff here best in the business from one Army veteran honorably discharged to all my other veteran buddies sign up here it's worth it

I've been using Ibotta for at least 6 months. I've cashed in a couple times never had any problems. I particularly like to link it to my online purchases, with the Ibotta add-on, ike Walmart, Old Navy etc. When I use the Walmart grocery online, a square with the Ibotta logo is visible and I can add the product directly from the Walmart grocery website for the credit. I think I only had to earn $20 the first time to cash out. And I've been able to cash out several times. I wish I remembered to use it more often, lol!

Some stores don't allow scanning receipts and insist on linking accounts, don't like that. App can be slow at times and glitchy so you have to restart over and over

Cannot believe after uploading all my receipts from recent shopping trips and finally accumulating something in my balance to withdrawal my account is being flagged and they won't let me take my money out. I get an email back saying I need to provide information because my activity is suspicious. I'm sorry what!?! Spending a $#*!ton of money on products and food and using your app for what it's intended for to get a rebate back is suspicious then why have the app!?! Terrible customer service. It's basically become a scam.
