This is a scam, I had the account because I thought it worth it but it definitely doesn't and there is NO costumer service, I couldn't redeem my rewards and they keep charging for non sense maintenance fee even after I email that I wanna deactivate my account which I couldn't, you can't remove you credit card from the app. Horrible experience specially that there is no one to answer you! There is no contact number

I just got an email where I Botta took 3.99 for inactivity fee. I Botta is really annoying because you have to search through a bunch of products and hope the items you want are listed. If they aren't you are SOL. A 4 dollar inactivity is crazy too. They are just taking mo ey you earned. A better app is shopkicks, you just scan items and earn points toward gift cards from your favorite places. And you don't have to buy a thing! I am deleting ibotta.

This app is actually legit it is the best app I've came across that will actually help save money & gain money as well! It is a great app to use, if you don't have it you're totally missing out!

We love ibotta. We save up and use the money for our sons trip for his birthday every year. It's so easy to get credit when you shop online.

Be VERY careful using this app. Offers are presented as if the purchase can be made at any store/market. You need to look CLOSELY at the offer to see the tiny logo of the ONLY place you can make the purchase. Otherwise, it won't count! Extremely misleading!

As a lifetime couponder and bargain hunter I enjoy Ibotta more for entertainment than the money earned. The time investment outweighs the financial gains but Ibotta is more fun than BINGO or those dumb scratch-off cards. 9

If you and your spouse want to have your own accounts with ibotta, you MUST get divorced, get back maiden name, move to different addresses. Maybe (but not guarantee), your accounts will be considered as separate, otherwise "We reviewed your account and found more than one active account in our system associated with your information". No details, no proves. Only general words. Look at Better Business Bureau complains. Hundreds of "answered" (unsatisfied), few "resolved" ones. So, ibotta is a real garbage, liars and cheaters.

Cashed out over 70 dollars in less than a week! It's not hard. A friend referred me and i referred a friend. Went and did my shopping for the week and I was able to cash out almost exactly what i spent.

This app had been a waste of my time trying to get it to work properly for a senior like myself who is not technically knowledgeable. I could not get hold of anyone by phone to help me with the situation and it doesn't let you cash out until after you reach the 20 dollar mark. Because I haven't been able to figure it out, they started sending me notices that they were deducting $4 from my account. I was never able to collect my money and received no help. Was almost to the $20 mark when they changed the app and could no longer figure it out. Now they have taken all the money I saved up because I was unable to get any help.

So far I've enjoyed using Ibotta. I have reffered to some friends and family members. It's super simple, happy with the app.

It took me so long to finally sign up and see what all the chatters been about. The name Ibotta is being said so much I was starting to roll my eyes anytime I would here the name. So finally I made an account and yes now I can clearly see what all the fuss and muss is about! Hope the is one of those platforms that withstands the test of time!

I had almost 50.00 in rewards and because I didn't stay active they deducted 3.99 every month I wasn't, so now I have 3.80 left. That's a bunch of crap. I kept going in and couldn't find any deals on anything I buy so I've been penalized. If I had cashed my earnings out they never would of been able to take them. This is a bunch of BS

You gotta try Ibotta guys. They rock. Totally worth it and it's from recipes for things you have already Ibotta. Lol
