Always good selection of products, great response from customer service, and very easy to use if you make the time to.

I've been using Ibotta for 4 years now…I've even made it to the $1000 club, but listen…there is a few times where I did not get my earnings and I specifically bought things that I would not usually buy just to get those earnings…when reaching out to customer support it's no help at all. So at some point I just fall back because I start to feel played. I started back recently and even recommended the app to friends and family but I will not continue if I don't receive earnings from huge shopping trips. Oh and it's usually with food lion receipts. Walmart is usually the safest place because you can scan the bottom of the receipt, so they can't make any excuses.

I signed up for ibotta about one week ago and have made it to the $20.00 club. I have $38 total so far.

The first day that I opened an account everything was working fine on my phone app. After I went out for shopping on the 3rd day, I was trying to open the app and didn't work. It was coming with an "error". Tried the next day, same thing. Tried the following day, same thing. Tried again today, still not working. So, I went and try it on my computer, and it won't let me in, nor any code was sent to my email. I clicked many times the resend bottom so I could get a code, but never send me any. By the way, I also checked my spam mail just in case. So, they offer 14 days from the day I open my account to have a free 5 dollars for the first shopping receipt, and 15 dollars if completed 9 shopping receipts in the 14 days period. Now I'm wondering if they are waiting for the 14 days to pass so they don't have to give what they offer or is it just a scam? Since I seem the other review, I totally believe in them now that I'm going through the same deal. This review should have negative five stars, that's what they deserve.

Its great why to save and get everything you need at home to feed the family and fill the house up with food at a great price

The app is just OK, really need to update products more often, for over a month now its the same old coupons

I've attempted to reinstate the app on different phones, over the past 4-5 years. With the SAME crap results. FLUNK.
Now, they require 'linking' with any store you shop, just to scan and/or redeem receipt points. Really? So now you cannot just simply
Scan your receipts like a normal app. Okay... well that doesn't work for me. Considering the 'linking' part doesn't actually work. Just spins into oblivion and then gives "sorry, we couldn't connect to that server right now" b. S. Total scam or plain buggy, which the developers don't bother to fix. Use Fetch Rewards or Receipt Hog instead.

I have seen so many apps come and go that claim to put money back in your pocket, but this is the ONLY app I've come across to actually do so. I've already made over $1,500, but if I remembered to use it all the times I could've... it'd be much more! It's super simple to even link a debit card to my account for in store purchases at places like Burlington or Bath and Body Works where at the register I punch in my total purchase amount, which actually instantly purchases me a gift card, that the cashier then scans as my form of payment and bam... cash back! And with the vast number of companies and products they work with, it's insane not to use this app! A LOT of the stuff I get cash back for is stuff I HAVE to buy anyways like toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. With 4 kids we often use the funds to do a family fun night to an arcade, movie theater, or other fun things I might not be able to. Thanks Ibotta for being such a straight forward, no gimik, app that has helped me out for real over all these years!

I wish I had known about this App long before now. Can't imagine shopping without IBOTTA! Love it!
