I really like this app, however, I find that there is not a lot of good coupons anymore. When I first started this I found some really nice coupons. Where did they all go?

I am a great fan of Ibotta. I recently had an issue with not getting a rebate I was owed, sent an email and the amount was credited to me with minimal effort. Ibotta is like a "Christmas club" account for me….i use it for items I regularly buy and watch my cash back grow…cash it out in November and helps with buying stuff for the holidays. A little effort pays off!
It's been great! When I have emailed my response is fast and friendly.
Don't believe them about any bonus offers. They remove the item before you can redeem the receipts for the items you bought, even when it all occurred on the same day.

I purchased 4 boost with a rebate of $1.50 each with a limit of 5. But I only received $1.50
I have saved so much money using Ibotta. Over $2,500. Whenever I have a problem, which isn't often, they always fix it quick and to my satisfaction. Wonderful care always given to its users.
I don't have many positive things to write. This app is difficult to use. Most of the items are for jot commonly used products. Not only that but the "Any Items" are fir pitiful amounts of money...not really worth the effort! Last but not least I HATE tying my debit card to my Walmart purchases as it never works!

Any time I've had an issue the customer care team members have been kind and helpful. When i've made a mistake they explain fully what I did, and when the ibotta system made a mistake, they fix it promptly.
And the offers allow me to try items that might otherwise not be in my budget - and a lot of times the item becomes a new favorite!
Great app received money back very quickly would definitely recommend using Ibotta
