I had an issue with cash back on some offers recently & reached out to the ibotta CS team. Got a response from them within hours and the issue was satisfactorily resolved. Certainly an app i would recommend to others.
Who doesn't want to earn money for groceries?!? I love this app and the money it puts back in my pocket. I don't know how they do it but it's pretty great.
Why do I just get 1 item with cash back. The items say that I can get 3-5 on each receipt, yet u only gave me 1. What happened and why, please

I bought the right product but the web page has the wrong oz on it for downy fresh. I bout 2 of the 25.4 and should have gotten 3.50 back for both. I didn't have the 48 oz clicked and that the o e that was identified with my product when scanned.
Did not give me my credit of $5.00 for a product on my receipt that I had selected on your app.
My experience with Ibotta has been wonderful! I have saved tons of money and been able to try new items that I would not have purchased if it wasn't on Ibotta. Someone hacked into my account a few years ago and Ibotta addressed this issue immediately. Ibotta is the best savings app available.
I want to commend the staff at Ibotta for their excellent customer service in helping me with a problem I had with Hannaford. They were very patient and helped to resolve the issue

Easy to use. Pick a store. Check out the offers. Just take a picture of your receipt. And make cash back for buying things you would buy anyway.

I have recently reached out due to not getting something that was owed to me and they fixed it. I really love ibotta and use it nearly everyday even if it's something small.
