The app clearly states "max" quantity- most items were purchased missing the quantity- groups of five the missing quantities include- silk, orange juice, coffee drinks, Rana meals which through the app online states how many purchased. While some had Walmart cash back-it only included a quantity of "1" thus missing out on the other 4 and the quantity is not reflected through the bonus which was well above the "63" items for the promotion if someone can look into this would be greatly appreciated
They have the best range of rebate offers. The turn around is usually very fast.
And in the few instances something goes awry, their customer support is second to none of any of the rebate apps out there.

This is my favorite App and I can say that because I have never been disappointed with the selection of product offer in the gallery and bonuses. I loved that I can get all my organic stuff and some veggies when available. The money I have saved is outstanding. I love, love, love Ibotta! Have had lots of great deals and got to try new (or products I normally wouldn't purchase) for free or low cost. The support team has been excellent in helping solve any issues but rarely have any issues especially when compared to other rebate apps. Highly recommend Ibotta for those who want to save money on grocery and household goods.

The rewards are just piddly. 10 cents? The only thing I like is the occasionally BOGO offers. Most of the products that I purchase never have any offers.

It's so easy to get rebates! Just scan your receipt or connect accounts, like with Walmart, to receive your rebates. Super simple and easy. Once you reach $20+ you can get your money back in a gift card.
I have been using Ibotta since May 2023 and was able to pay for our Christmas last year and due to the amazing offers, great Customer Support Team and ease of use I am on track to pay for Christmas for my famiy of 7 again this year. Any time I have had issues the CST is quick to review and respond.
