Im not able to get any help after trying for months emailing and chatbot so im still unable to link my DG account and found out that Im not able to scan in receipt if DG not linked so Ive lost like $40.00 in cash back due to this. I use the correct information to link but it just wont link...
I feel cheated and lied to. I redeemed my offers and followed the rules I have waited over 7 days for my earnings but am unable to withdraw. I have not had logins to different accounts on the same device and I have not uploaded ANY receipts because my dollar general account is linked so then why is my account locked? I was not informed there would be such a long hold on my money so at this point I feel this is theft and fraud.

Tge experience on ibottta used to be 5 stars, but not any longer. I only gave it 2 stars because it was good in the past. Lately it's a zero. I scan my receipt and it never matches any offers. So, then I manually find them all, but for the last month it won't let me submit my offers - I get an error message everytime. And, contacting custome service is next to impossible. It is like a maze. I feel like they are making it purposely harder to redeem offers

The Ibotta Care Team has a speedy respond every time I have any issues. Some times they have forgot to accredit my bonuses. But as soon I request to check my account, they have they have a speedy response.

Everything is good but did not receive my $1 for shopping at Food Lion. I clicked the shop now button and looked at the ads, but no $1 for shopping. Received the other money. What is happening?
Shopping through Ibotta is a great way to save money. I found that many of my favorite items are offered. I also discovered several new favorites just by trying items offered.
U said u were going to charge me $3.99 a month because I had not redeemed any offers, u can't redeem what u don't offer. Secondly I have been in the hospital four times since the first of the year.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
