I love ibota.It's a fun way to save.Always pleased with the over all experience I have had thus far.
Although my purchases are supposed to be recorded when I visit $#*!s Market. $#*!s says it is not their fault. You tell me it is working but it is not. That is my closest grocery store & I am frustered that Ibotta doesn't work there.
Also uhapppy with scanning the reciepts at Smiths & other stores. Dificult & time consuming.
Ibotta sent me a reminder after I purchased two items that were eligible for rebate. I followed the instructions and got my rebate on the items.
First of all, I want to thank the receipt checkers for being so patient with me. I add an item, get credit, then, stupidly I remove the item and it takes the cash back. I have trouble trying to take the picture of the receipts. Wish it could be easier for me. Finally I get it right but it can take me a few hours because I take a break, think about it then try again. I feel Walmart is one of the easiest receipts to submit.
I had issues trying to get the receipt to be accepted. Kept on trying and no luck. Then I tried again and it worked. It was an issue with the app.
Now it's hopefully fixed. I was given more money than I was suppose to because of the issues with the app. Getting closer to cashing out soon.

I love the money back from Ibotta. It takes just a few minutes to scroll the offers and if you have your card attached to the store the money is automatically put into the Ibotta account. Very easy to use
I have learned to watch the amount and size requirements. Often these are items that I buy often.
I love that is attached to stores I frequent and can catch purchases I made and forgot to clip. And giving time to correct that to earn cash back.
I has an issue with submitting a receipt and customer service replied very quickly and took care of the issue for me immediately.
Although the missing cashback looks like it was my error, I thought I checked the boost product, but apparently it didn't take or I plain missed it. Customer service credited the amount anyway. With food prices today and social security being what it is, It was appreciated that Ibotta made the credit to my account.
Walmart receipt TC# will not scan, nor will it let me add it manually. It also will not let me take a photo to submit. Very frustrating, especially because of the amount I would have been credited. I don not have a Walmart account to connect and do not want one. Will this be the only way to obtain credit from Walmart receipts

I purchased 4 tonco pot size spaghetti and there is a rebat for.75 up to 5 limit. Even after the review I still didn't get my rebate. This keeps happening especially if I shop at krogers but the rebate is plainly seen. I'm so disappointed in ibotta, this has happened several times before. Usually ibotta can't read krogers receipts but it's strange that my other rebate apps have no problem reading the same receipt! It used to be fun but it's more of a struggle than ever.
I earn cash back on everyday items I purchase! It helps my family since I am not currently employed.
Ibotta needs more any item rebates. Some users buy store brands.

I bought 3 Camphophenique products-any size, any product offer-and it didn't take off my &1.50 x 3 products. I have had this issue before and you fixed it! I can't even get to the Ibotta problem area of the app to complain about it! What's up guys?
