I like your program but we do not drink, no children or pets in our home. So many offers do not pertain to us
Frustrating that I have to spend so much time taking pictures of my receipts and a message comes back can't read receipt. Really tired oif it, problem has to be on your end. Fix please

I've had ibotta for a few years but in the beginning I couldn't figure it out, but in the last 2 years I've started using it again and it is amazing! I automatically check the app before my shopping trips or randomly to see what's new! When I'm missing anything which doesn't happen often at all they are quick to fix it and respond fast no days of waiting! Definitely a go to for me.
Three years now as an Ibotta user. I have saved around $1800 clipping coupons. Just clip the coupons you want and snap a picture of your receipt. The app finds the offers and you get the money credited to your account. Easy!
Bought several items that are on receipt and they would not give my cash back stating they were ineligible
I get $ back on things I already buy. It's so easy! It helps battle inflation
When I go to Ibotta app, I select something and then if I go out and back in it doesn't show selected without clicking on the coupon.

I was short money on an offer I redeemed. I contacted customer service and it was remedied within two hours. The Ibotta customer service is top-notch. Probably the best I've ever dealt with!
This app used to be great but the longer I use it the less I like it. After scanning receipts and items you again have to scan to send a ticket to get credits for your purchase. It has become more work to get offers than it is worth.

I love Ibotta! I have been using it for a several years and have earned over $2,000 in rebates and bonuses. It could not be easier (especially if you link your store accounts!).
Easy to acquire funds and many name products available for rebates. Money adds up quickly and funds released within 2 days, Great App.
Followed the rules and purchased 4 Keebler listed cookies. Received credit for 1. Scanned all 4 as requested. System said $8. Actual cred issued was $2.
I purchased three boxes of plain Cheerios, the limit is 5 and I only received credit for one box.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
