Atypical of the Ibotta APP, I experienced a problem getting a qualifying purchase added to my list on the same day I purchased the added item. I reached out to the online FAQ section and then the self help regarding an unexplainable APP behavior. After I exhausted the self help options I contacted the Ibotta support via email. After confirming who I am, the customer service representatives I interacted with were helpful and resolved the issue within 1 day. TY
I wish that I could scan my receipt at Raleys. I don't like having to wait to see if I get my deals.
I was missing cash back and I emailed Customer Service about the issue. Within MINUTES they had not only replied but credited my account. I appreciate the prompt and perfect customer service!

There has got to be an easier way to check if you made a purchase that there is an Ibotta offer. I am always checking for offers, then I will get am email saying there is an offer available that I didn't select, but it doesn't say which one!

I had 6 items on my receipt and scanned everything they questioned. The scan was successful but they keep saying I bought the wrong products but I scanned them before I bought them. Very frustrated with Ibotta today
I have been using this app for about 2 years. My experience started out good but over the past 6 months my withdrawals had been disabled 3 times. The first 2 times I was able to enable it but this last time it has been disabled for about a month and I have not been able to withdraw any money.
There are too many times where I'll send something on my receipt and I don't get paid on it. I scanned the product and it was approved but nothing. Not worth my time anymore!

I've been using Ibotta for several years and I love it. I have earned more than 2000.00 dollars just for going through the app and adding cash back offers, purchasing those products and submitting the receipt.
I keep the money on the Ibotta app until I'm ready for something " special".I cashed out 700.00 once to take on a " girls Trip".
It's a wonderful way to save. Painlessly!
This process was very quick and easy. I sent an email and told exactly what to do.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
