On my latest Winn Dixie submittal, I did not get credit for the bread i bought. I bought Natures own 100% Wheat Grain bread barcode is **************. I see now that 100% whole Grain bread is not mentioned...
BUT my complaint is that it was impossible to reach the help desk... There should be a link to send an email or chat with Carlotta on every screen.
ALSO... every time tried to go anywhere on the help screen, the pop up message regarding 08/03/24 Walmart issue pops up. IF i've seen it once, it should not keep popping up.

I have been using Ibotta for at least two years now. I love how I can have my earnings go to PayPal.
I use Ibotta all the time. I am in the 500.00 club and loving it. You can use Ibotta most everywhere to save money and time doing your grocery shopping and housewares and toys. School supplies and countless others. Give it a try you will love it tooooooooo
I use Ibotta everytime I shop and it is worth the time. I have saved a lot of money and it is nice to have extra money.
I submitted a receipt to Ibotta, but it didn't pick up the items that had the cash back offer. I contacted Ibotta and explained what happened. They got back to me right away and asked me to send a picture of the receipt. About a half hour after I did that, the money was put into my Ibotta account.
Ibotta gives me the ability to check the coupons that I want and then simply shop. The coupons are also for things that I would buy anyway, which makes them the best coupon app in my opinion.
I Love Ibotta. There are times when you have to get help because it doesn't always catch every item, but customer support always fixes the issue
Have worked for over a week with Ibotta always loved it and encouraged others to use. Yes I am changing review, yes it was over 20 emails and a week. I had up on help or any result. BUT they resolved it, they didn't quit working on the issue.
I have used Ibotta for a while, over $1500 deposit into checking account. It is pretty easy to use and stock up when coupons on what you already use. Bonus points at times. But this was my first attempt at reaching out for help. Ibotta went above and beyond especially with someone older and technology challenged.
Two times in the last couple of weeks I have been denied the proper cash back. For example, I purchased 5 once upon a farm items. They all scanned but I only got part of cash back. Same thing at Whole Foods. Bought 2 yoothbrushed and only one was counted
I purchased what should have been around $19 in cash back & only received $1.03

I began to love shopping grocery after I started to utilize the cash back system in Ibotta. There are always a wide variety of offers to choose from that cover most household essentials. The care team is quick in responding emails on missing credits and is patient in explaining term and condition.
I didn't get all my credit for my purchases and I can't scan the bar codes because I gave the items to a collection at our church for unwed mothers and women who are homeless. I still have the receipt. How can I get credit for two additional items

When I place a large order online I always am missing cash box on this order I purchased the Hughes sugar-free coleslaw dressing was to be a dollar Lysol wipes type two packages a dollar each safeguard aloe soap one dollar small space air freshener $2.$.30 and transparent transparent post it's $1.50
I have been using ibotta for a few years. I absolutely love it. It is easy to use. Very helpful in stretching my income. They also have great customer service.
I used to do pretty decent with different offers and eleven the bonus ones.
In the last year or so I've barely been able to redeem and offers, in the usual products that I buy too. And even now, it's been dropping the offers that are clearly on my receipt. Like, I will select the offers, upload the receipt, the offers are very clearly claimed there, and then U submit it. Then the next day when it's done "confirming" the offer or whatever, it has been deleting several of my offers.
Then when you submit the help ticket, the agents expect you to take a screenshot BEFORE you submit the receipt, because of course that's what we are thinking to do, that we might have an issue with an offer. So then they request you to send them a screenshot of the offer but the offer will no longer show up. They need to fix that problem. This has now happened to me 3 times in the last week.
What they need to do is put the original claims on what we submitted and then if it denies, then at least the app still has a record of what offers we claimed and can look back on this data!

I first started using Ibotta before Thanksgiving. Their offers were so fantastic! I loved that I could tweak my menu to use the best of offers from Ibotta! I continue to use it today for my weekly grocery order and for gift purchases with Kohl's and HSN. It's such a great time and money saver!

Easy to use and earn cash. It does take a little time to select the products you're going to buy and check that you have the correct product but it is totally worth it.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
