They are a huge company, have many complaints, but just hang tight & you all get an answer.

I am overly impressed with Jay and the quick way my issue was resolved. I, like others, have had issues over the many years I have dealt with Ibotta, however, they are good about looking into my issue and resolving the problem. And for those times when I misread something, they have been gracious and explained why the outcome was as it was. I enjoy using Ibotta and in this economy, anytime I can save money, it's a good thing.
Most of the time the app does a good job. Today, shopping at Albertson's, I was due $3.25. Scanned the receipt, and it couldn't fine 3 items. Two of them were the very first items I scanned at store. Used "I'm missing cash back," scanned the barcodes and submitted. Ending up doing this 3 times. Here's a hint...when I have cash back items, I leave them on my counter for quick access. This used to happen a lot, but the past 6 months no issues. But here we go again.
Food Lion linked account has changed from crediting the day after shopping to three days after shopping. Hard to plan on making bonuses. This just recently started happening

There have been multiple times offers were not applied especially for friend referrals. While I realize mistakes happen It is so hard to get yous to fix it and when yous do yous make it seem like yous are doing people a favor and not fixing your mistakes. I would say has far has these types of apps go yous are definitely the worst at fixing problems even when the customer shows proof it was your mistake
This is Prob my fourth or fifth online with Walmart/Ibotta purchase. With every online order, I there were always missing cash back items that take days or weeks to reconcile. It's not worth the effort tor the convenience to shop on line. If I have to go over and identify missing cash back items

I bought the Cetaphil daily facial moisturizer with sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 15 in the 4 oz. Size. I met the requirements but the UPC bar is so small that even when it was able to scan it your app claimed it didn't match. If needed I can send a picture of the product and UPC code. You owe me $2.00
I bought 2 of the cinnamon toaster strudels but for some reason I'm not receiving the credit due to me. I've scanned the bar codes twice and everything was ok but when I look at my list from Giant the product and cash back isn't there
I was missing money back through Cash Wise/Ibotta and submitted a help ticket. Ibotta costumer service was top notch, and I got the missing money back in less than 48 hours after submitting the help ticket.
Ibotta is by far the easiest app I've used to save money. I can go to the store and check the items on my Ibotta app against what's in the store. I can still get cash back using Ibotta even if stuff is on sale stuff that I have a coupon for, it's been amazing. I've been using this app for about the last three years and I've saved a ton of money so glad I downloaded. If you haven't tried this app before you really should. You will be amazed at how easy it is to save money and the fact that you have multiple stores to choose from even online shopping you have the option to cash out or PayPal cash directly to your bank account gift cards no matter it is one of the best things I've ever ever done.
I always have to scan my receipt at least 3 times before Ibotta figures out I have purchased items. Too much time wasted trying to collect.

Last few purchases I have to rescan every item again after paying. It is very annoying and I waste time over this.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
