Be very careful using this app. It malfunctions constantly and you will not find out until after you have made the purchases. I have had many issues where I scanned the items in store, confirmed they were eligible for cash back, and then had it denied after the fact. It ended up losing me money, not saving me money. Total fraud.

Customer service is excellent. When I have had an issue it was solved within 24 hours. If you have not downloaded the app you are missing out.
Just starting using the app again. 1st receipt read the date incorrectly so said it was too late. It wasn't. Next receipt didn't give me credit for an "any brand" item. Waste of my time.

Had an issue with on-line ordering and Ibotta credit. 2 emails (request and response with needed info) cleared it up and I received my credit. Great job.
I have earned so much in rebates on things I was buying anyway which I am very grateful for. However, today I came across an offer while I was in the store so I scanned the item that already happened to be in my cart to make sure it qualified which it did. To my frustration when I got home and scanned my receipt the item had literally disappeared and was nowhere to be found.
Ibotta rocks. They will inform you if you have missed opportunities to earn and will contact you so you can add offers.
Why can't I get deals on the groceries that I actually buy? Another words, my preferences of what I want and use every day.
