Why can't I get deals on the groceries that I actually buy? Another words, my preferences of what I want and use every day.
I do most of my shopping online with home delivery so sitting on my couch I just browse through Ibotta's offers and if it's on my list I get cash back in my account as soon as my order is delivered.
Their customer service is usually very helpful and can solve most of my issues.

It's hard to find a place to describe what happened to my receipt- I bought two tasty cake boxes- I can send photo- cashier tried to correct an error - they were suppose to be 1.25 ea - I was overcharged on first one- he hand corrected the second one without scanning it so there is no verbiage on receipt stating second one was Tastycake at $1.25.
Learning how and when to use the app takes some time but worth it with today's prices!

I scanned receipt and barcodes on 3 items yesterday. All qualified. I made sure product size matched requirements. I got the message with my earnings. Today I only got $1 and message said items did not qualify
I have been using ibotta for almost 2 years and it's a very helpful app and if you have any problems the care team is super helpful and nice when working on fixing a problem if you have one and in my almost 2 years of using it I have only had one problem and the fixed it in a short period of time. They have great offers to get cash back on everyday items and it's super easy to upload yoour receipts and a over all easy app to use. I recommend using ibotta!
I have fun using Ibotta, mostly because the money I save goes into an account that I use to bet on football. So in some cases, the money I save pays off twice!
On top of that, when I bet on games, I get coupons for free drinks. Ibotta not only helps feed me, it also feeds my vices!
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
