Scam company

Ordered almost 4 months ago, took the money... no tracking details, no item sent (said within 24-48hoirs), No email support, only generic Facebook replies, no contact available to be done... Just want a refund HOB-*******... But looks like even that wont happen

Took My Money

BUYER BEWARE! The House of Beauty is a scam. Portions of my order were missing, but contained a note would be shipped within 7 - 10 business days. It is now 2 months past. I've not received a refund or the products. House of Beauty has not provided any feedback, responded back to emails or phone messages left on their customer service line. This is a case of House of Beauty taking my money.

Highly recommended
October 24, 2021

Great selection, great prices so far no problem receiving exactly what I ordered. Have used House of Beauty for the pass three years. Order approximately twice a year. Only complaint is that many times they are out of stock in the color I like #4. I am so glad I found a reputable company to order from without having to go all the way to China where they send you whatever they want and charge you $30 to return it. Never had to deal with House of Beauty's live customer service.

TOTAL FRAUD Buyers beware!

Anyone reading this should take care when attempting to buy from this site!
I made my order back in August and although i have sent emails, made phone calls - and yes I tried ALL options, there is never anyone available to take the calls.
All I now want is my $88 back!

Delayed order and no communication
November 19, 2021

I made a purchase on 10/5/21 and was told shipping would be 5-7 business days. On 10/15/21 I reached out regarding my order; the tracking number showed "addressee unknown" and returned to sender. I entered the correct address on my order. I live at this address. I contacted the company on 10/15/21 regarding the issue and NEVER heard back from anyone as to why my order has been delayed or if it will even arrive. It is currently 10/20/21 and I have STILL not been contacted or received my order.

Never shipped my products- Order #1914785
November 14, 2021

I placed my orders on october 5th, the label was created and the tracking website said that my items would be delivered on october 10th.
On october 10, I noticed that the USPS was still awaiting for the package. So nothing has been shipped yet. I sent a request on October 11, no response. I sent an email requesting an update on October 14, still no response. I am very disappointed, if I do not get my products or if I do not get a response or a refund by Monday, October 18, I will file a complaint with the BBB.

Edit: my order has been cancelled and should receive a refund soon.

Absolutely dreadful company with no customer service at all. They don't deliver goods, don't respond to emails or phone calls. It is completely disgusting that they can get away with this operation.

No customer service
November 3, 2021

I order an item and paid for it on Sept 3,2021. I am still waiting for the order or a refund. No one answers the calls or responds to the emails I have sent 7 in total)I have requested my money back or the merchandise. At this point I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and file a dispute wit my bank for the money to be refunded. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Scam!
October 28, 2021

I placed an order last week for a pack of five lashes, to which I received an email stating that I'd be receiving another email with a tracking number. The email never came and I know for certain that I paid express shipping. Not only that but their costumer service sucks. Nobody on the phone, and nobody answering emails. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS
October 28, 2021

I ordered from these guys nearly a month ago, and my order has said it has been shipped... but every time I check the status of my order, the delivery date gets changed every day. First, it said it would arrive on the 28th, then October the 3rd, then the 4th and now the 5TH! I'm scared to even check the status tomorrow because, at this rate, it would have changed YET again. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THE COMPANY WHATSOEVER, NOR HAVE I GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK OR PACKAGE THE %&#^*$% FRAUDS.

Buyer beware
October 23, 2021

I made a purchase August 22. The order stated it would be shipped in 3 days. August 31 my order had still not been shipped. I emailed customer service on August 30 and 31 to get a update on my order.
No response. September 1, and 2nd i ask for a refund no response. September 3 i received an email my items have been shipped. This company is a fraud. Once you put in an order they will not help you. If you return the items they charge you a restock fee.

So I placed a $168 dollar order, this is part 2 of my review. Basically they said my orders been shipped but it hadn't and they immediately took the money from my account. I sent countless emails, no answer. Called no answer. So I wrote a review in here, only then I got a poorly drafted email saying there has been changes made to my order and someone reached out to me here saying I'll be getting the refund in 5 days, yet nothing. Why does it even take so long to refund? COVID is not an excuse for they're crafty service. They only want to steal from you. I am asking that you guys please refund my money. I hope to see it by tomorrow or I will be filing a claim with my bank and of course either way, I will be reporting your business to the authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I never received my product that I paid for. I contacted customer service 5 times. No one picks up the phone. I emailed my receipt and and took a picture of the products I received. No reply. Now I'm going to take this a step further. This is very bad business on your part. Shame on you. I am an unhappy customer. Will never purchase anything from your company again.

The first order we got half the items were damaged, no response from a customer service agent. Second time around with a larger order we never got our package at all and customer service has yet to respond, not to mention we paid extra for 2 day shipping and the package "arrived" a week later. At this point we have wasted a total off $120 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I was a regular customer of House of Beauty, for years. Spent a lot of money with them and was a satisfied customer. My last order I was missing a hair product, I had ordered. I emailed them... no response. I called them, no response. You couldn't leave a message. As I previously stated, I've spent a lot of money with them and felt I was a valued customer. I don't like dealing with any company that doesn't respond to issues... especially when I didn't get what I paid for. I reported this company to the BBB. If you're missing an item in your order... you can kiss your money

Where is my parcel? Infact you sent me a tracking number that doesn't actually exist through a fake tracking website! I have sent lots a emails, and messages via Facebook, you would think being so rich off taking people hard earned money that you would be focused on getting back to people or having enough staff! So here in Australia it becomes a criminal offence and you will be investigated for fraud, it gets sent back to your government and the more people complain the more you will be investigated for fraud and you will be audited too. It takes time but if you already haven't. There will be a knock on your door! I suggest you refund the whole amount not half, not a 3rd but the whole amount within 24hours or I will be taking it further in my employment "fraud investigation" here in Australia. Sometimes you get the wrong "customer" who can do more damage to your already damaged business. Please don't use covid as a excuse I have received stuff from China before you! Here is my order number HOB-*******. Now let's hope someone else doesn't have the same generated order number. Remember FULL refund

Thai is a horrible Company. They shorted me 18 items and charged me for them. I have emailed them a dozen times asking to return this order for a full refund or they can send me what they shorted me or refund me what they shorted me. No returns call, no one answers their phones, no return labs after 15 emails to them. I have disputed payment to them from my Credit Card company and now reporting them to the better business bureau. Be ware! I'm not the firsts person it seems they have stolen from. Check out other reviews also on other sites, too. They need to be shut down!

This company is a fraud

Three phone numbers listed (one on credit card statement, two in the FAqs). The VM box of one is always full. The other two are constant busy signals (not in service). 4 emails re: status of order not responded to. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I just reported these guys to credit card company. Not sure anything will happen. But don't spend your money with them. They are not a valid business concern. No product. No email re: status. The "tracking" link never works (it's not real). Avoid these people.
