I ordered from House of Beauty just about a month ago and still haven't got my order. I go check my status & it says shipped but when I go check my status with usps it says usps is waiting on item. I just want my money back or at least ship my purchase. It's sad how people take people money

I did a return and was told that I had 45.00 in credit without an expiration date. Kept trying to use it and even trying to get a replacement on the phone to assist me but had no success. I reached their voice-mail and heard nothing back. I ended up changing my card number with my bank because they didn't feel legit. If they are legit they have the worst customer service ever.

Horrible customer service and website

I've emailed and left attempts at contacting so many times now about my order, I live in nz and didn't realise at the time of ordering that the prices were not new Zealand currancy, and there was no clarification on the website about it being us$ or whatever it was and got charged 20$ extra. Looking back on the bad reviews now, I senceraily regret ordering things from this website. I'm just hoping the order will actually get here, and considering trying to do things to get a refund already, but I know I have a low chance at getting a reply.

I live in the UK so I was anticipating a delay in my package, that never bothered me. What did was the fact that it came with no padding or protection so the product spilt and the content was half empty. It even crystallised.
I've emailed 4 times and each times I was ignored. I have an email tracker so I can see if emails I've sent have been opened or not and each one has been opened once and left, so it's not even the case of ‘they got lost in a pile of other emails', they've chosen to purposefully ignore them.

The fact that this company handles shipping to the UK, they should be familiar with UK consumer law. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects customers against faulty goods, unreasonable services and unfair terms. Customers can seek refunds, replacements and repairs for physical goods and content if the promise doesn't live up to the reality.

I've emailed saying if my refund is not returned I will escalate this further. I don't want to have too but this is ridiculous. Quite frankly, sort your sh*t out. As you can see all your previous customers just want their stuff replace for refunded. It's really not that difficult even with a reduced workforce.

This is my last time reaching out. Please return my money.

I have never had an experience like this with any online company. I paid for three items but only received two. I messaged the company and received a nonsensical reply to send a picture of the items I received in error and I would be sent a prepaid lablel to send the items back. I again explained my issue only to get the same response. I sent a copy of my invocie and still have not gotten any assistance. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. It's pointless to try and get help with your problem from their customer service. Dear customer means nothing to them. Never again, House of Beauty World.

Scam company
September 16, 2021

I placed my order July 27 2021 my credit card was charged the same day. I have not received my items. I have sent several emails with no response. I called the number on my invoice and the recording will not transfer me to anyone it just hangs up. I will be reporting the company to the BBB and my credit card company. Do not buy from them. SCAMMERS!

I am the victim of a scam! ZERO star for this company
I wish I could leave without any star. This company doesn't deserve it.
I purchase two hair masks at the beginning of July 2021. On July 19 the money was taken from my bank account. Beginning of August, the 7th, I called them to inquiry about my items. They said it had been cancelled and that my money had been put back on my account. IT DID NOT HAPPENED!
When I told them that if my money did not return to my account I was going to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to file a complaint. Not they cut me off from logging in back on the site for fear of bad reviews.

Don't waste your money or time going to their site. You could be the next victim!

Fraudulent Company

My order was missing 3 items when it arrived. There was no email communication or message explaining why the items were missing and I was charged the full amount.

On the printed packing list that came with my package, there was a handwritten ‘x' and ‘refund' scribbled on the missing items.

I was charged for the whole order and have been waiting for the refund since May 24th. It's now August 7th. I have repeatedly called both numbers listed (website and Facebook page) and emailed House of Beauty but have not received a response.

Since I have not received the products and was still charged (with no refund) this amounts to theft/fraud.

Unfortunately it appears I'm not the only one. House of Beauty has been reported with the BBB and has a poor rating. Additionally, there are multiple customers who have noted the same experience I had on the company's Facebook page.

I do not recommend purchasing from House of Beauty and honestly wish I'd done more research on the company before ordering. This is a 0/10 customer experience.

Horrible service

I bought hair for $35.43 on 4/14/2021. I never received it and it is 8/05/3020. I have called and emailed 17 times but no answer. This is the worst service I have ever received. I would still love to have the hair or you do a refund. Thanks

Placed an order on May, received wrong product, sent 2 emails to customer service to make arrangements to send it back and get the correct item. One email sent early June and another sent late June. It is now late July and still no response. I tried to call them several times today. No one answers and all voicemail boxes are full.

I ordered two diffrent orders from House Of Beauty! I recieved both boxes with 1 box having 4 items missing and a reciept with check bu the missing items, they acknowledged not shipped yet, ok fine but I wanted to reach out just to make sure they update me with a new tracking number for the items missing, I got no answer until I found the cell phone number listed in my email reciept copy at the very very bottom, so I called and a gentleman answered and said after the July 4th holiday, he will ship these items, he also asked for me to take a snapshot of my paper reciept and text it, i did ( could of just emailed him the emailed copy, but ok) anyways so I left it alone, come Tuesday, I textd again and assured me Thursday, will be shipped, LIED, and I have ALL THE TEXT BETWEEN HIM AND MYSELF. Today, I called and textd and finally when he did answer, he said DONT YOU GOOGLE OR STAY UPDATED ABOUT SHIPPING? HE ACUALLY BLAMED ME FOR HIS COMPANY BEING RATS AND NOT DOING THEIR JOB AND TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT, STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR ORDER NUMBER Order Details W-******* ITEMS MISSING, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SNAKES

I ordered 2 cans of hairspray by John Freida. I never got a tracking number. It has been 2 weeks. There is no Customer Service, whatsoever. I called and NO ONE answers, and mailbox is full. I emailed and did not receive any response. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have to now go through my credit card.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Verify the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery

Wrong tracking number

I received my confirmation that my order was received they sent me a tracking number, finally and after tracking it I tract it all the way to Houston where it was dropped off! I called DHL who delivered it they said the item I described was not what they dropped off and that my name and order was not in the system! I have been trying to contact them for two weeks now I have sent 5 emails and the number they have listed stay busy! I am so upset this was my birthday outfit I was taking pictures in on July 30 I am so upset because I still haven't seen a response. I am not in the business of just giving money away!

I ordered items from this company. Most of the items were delivered except for three items in which they told me by note that the missing items will be shipped later. It also stated that it has to come from another warehouse. It has been since early May when I first received the initial items. It is now late June and I have not heard from or seen any missed items from this company. They will not contact you at all. When you call them, it either hangs up or automatic voice telling you they are closed and it's business hours. What a joke of a business. Order#*******

I ordered 3 brushes in april on the 2nd. I received 2 with a note on the shipping slip the 3rd will be shipped in 7 - 10 days. Almost 3 months later and numerous emails that got an automated response that I would hear from house of beauty within 24 hours and my request is bring reviewed... crickets! No brush, no response. At least have the courtesy to acknowledge! I just want my brush... order # ******* spornette 955-xl italian round boar bristle 3" brush... send it!
