I purchased some American Crew from this site on the 11. 11. 14, today is the 11. 01. 15. It has been two months and i still have not received the good's i purchased.

I can understand that sometimes shipments can take a little longer then usual but what i have found to be even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer service.

I have sent HouseofBeautyworld.com three emails (on the 23. 12. 14,01. 01. 15 and 08. 01. 15) to find out what has happened to my order and i have received no replies from them. It's almost like there is no one working in their "customer service" dept.

I am starting to think the reason why their prices are so cheap is because they never deliver any products in the first place.

Please let my $170 loss be a lesson for other people. YES the prices are too good to be true! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

They stole from me. Stole OVER$100 They took an exchange, I have proof from post asked me what I wanted, then nothing for months, I kept contacting them they made me prove I ever was their customer and they were awful. But they got all proof. They then told me they needed 8.95 more to send out an exchange. I told them to charge my card, wks went buy so I wrote and told them I would mail a check. They charged my card as well. OVER $100 stolen from HOBW I have all receipts and emails to prove. Scammers. SCAM

The product I saw online is not what I received. I called the customer service supervisor and he told me to call the shipping that department said I needed to call customer service I called the number he gave me and he answered. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone, when I get placed on hold all of the sudden I get disconnected and can not get through again, it goes to a recording like if my phone # gets tracked. I was charged a few cents over the price but got sent a smaller size. What a rip off! I suggest do not order from this place. Oh yeah when I did get someone the genius on the other end claimed I was sent the corrert item, she said that the same product was put in a smaller jar but its the same item... clearly this company hires as good as the service they provide... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AND YOU WONT GET RIPPED OFF!

Do NOT NOT NOT orde from here! The customer service is horrible! I received the wrong product in the mail and the person that I spoke to was SO rude! I was told that it wasn't their fault that the product was the wrong shade (even though I clicked on the shade that I needed) and that they don't have "test" woman working in the back to make sure that I get the right shade! All I wanted was the shade I ordered, not some special blend! When I asked for his name he sighed and smacked his lips and most likey gave me a fake name. I have never been treated so poorly after paying my hard earned money.
