Ordered a wig never received shipping info after 2 weeks called them after several attempts with a voicemail after blocking my number
And they tell me the wig is discontinued they never informed me this place sucks please do not order from them
I made a simple order for a mannequin head and received almost no information about my order.
2 weeks goes by and I still haven't gotten info about it shipping so I call the phone line on their website. I spend the next 45 minutes trying to connect to ANY department. I finally get a hold of the operator who gives absolutely no $#*!s about what I had just gone threw to get to a live human being, gives me no name and no supervisor. I am absolutely disgusted with how this company is run and I will be telling EVERYONE I know in the cosmetology business to NEVER purchase anything from this website. I wasnt notified that they weren't going to be sending my mannequin because they no longer have it
I ordered from House of Beauty for the first time, I am very please with the customer service and how quickly I received my order. I will order from House of Beauty again.
Every wig has been the rong color and I can't reach them to discuss it because they never answer the phone. So I'm stuck with whatever they send me unless I wanna pay the shipping price to send it back for a refund. House of Beauty doesn't qualify as a professional business because of the way they avoid there customers.
Wig was never shipped to me. My Visa was charged $33.90. They will not answer the phone nor respond to email. Mt order number is HOB-*******.
Please do not order from this company! I ordered an item from this company expedited they said it should be processed the next business day and I should receive an email with my tracking number once it was sent. It took 3 days for anyone to respond to my email. And then they said it would take another 4 days for me to receive my item. I told them I ordered it exposures for a reason and to cancel my order. 30 minutes later they had a tracking number for me. And then on top of that they the WRONG item. Now I have to go through the return process. Customer Service is horrible by the way no one ever answers the phone and they ignore your emails and respond when they feel like it. Please don't order from this company. Take your business elsewhere.
They are THIEVES hiding behind a business front. I have contacted the authorities. I hope this will help all the other people who have been stolen from.
I place an order on September 13th and I have not received it. I want my money back I have sent two e mails to customer service. Lousy business

My two items came totally messed up but they were supposed to re ship it and never did they never pick their calls up either
I placed my order on Sunday sept 27th. On Monday the 28th I received an email that my package was shipped and they included a tracking number. 4 days, 2 emails and 5 calls later, the USPS site still shows "tracking number not found". I can't even truthfully tell you what the issue is because they haven't replied to my emails and they won't answer any of the phone numbers I called that they have listed. I'm starting to wonder if this business even exists anymore... if they do then they have the worst customer service I have ever run into... I believe it's worse just to ignore your customers then to at least acknowledge them and be rude... any communication at this point would be helpful! I have a feeling this is just the start of the problems I will have with this order!
I placed an order with this outfit, got my money never heared from them, a week later thay sent me an email that my order will be proceed and will take 2-4 business days, then they will ship and will take another 7-10 days to get your order. In all count on about one month to get your order and don't even try to call their customer service department, you will be on hold for half an hour then they disconnect you, and keep doing that, if you leave your number to call you back GOOD LUCK

Where is my order?! Have contact you several times, your company is giving me the go around, you keep saying it on the way. I am getting ready to contact my credit card company. You took out the payment a month ago. I don"t believe my order is on it way. You have sent me two bogus ups tracking numbers. This company shouldn't be in business. I ordered from them over a month ago and never received my order. They won't respond to emails, and when I called they told me they would refund my money but still haven't. I called my bank and filed a claim. Don't order from this company.
HouseofBeautyWorld.com is not an honest company. I placed an order on March 28th. It is now April 9th, and I have yet to receive any indication of tracking/shipping information. On the day I placed my order, I received an email indicating I was a VIP customer and that orders are processed the same day if received before 5 pm, or the next business day if received after 5 pm. This company did not honor their own email. Multiple calls placed to the company resulted in me receiving an announcement that stated that their voicemail is full every time. I received an email on April 7th indicating they need 2-4 more days to send me a tracking number. That clearly indicates they lost my order, or never had the merchandise they advertised. So, basically 13 business days after I placed my order, I might get a tracking number? This is not acceptable. Adequate time has been given for a simple tracking number, however they have not provided this information. They were on time when they deducted the sale amount from my account. I would not recommend this company to anyone, despite their lure of lower prices. It is not worth the aggravation. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra few dollars and go with a reputable company that stands by their word, and has the inventory their customers purchased. I'm not sure what kind of game Houseofbeautyworld.com is playing, if they are going out of business or just plain shady business owners. They will rip you off.

THEY SCREAM ON ME AND SAID THAT THEY HAVE CAMERA SURVEILLANCE THAT THEY YOU PUT 3 AND... I SPOKE WITH MANAGER - NOTHING HELPED. I JUST RECEIVED 2 FOR THE PRICE CHARGED FOR 3.

I ordered products from house of beauty, Try to reach out to find a status after 10 days no one is talking, they pick up phones and hangup. Their voice mail is full. I have already opened a claim with my credit card company and am reporting them to consumer affairs and DA for scumming people. STAY AWAY!
I placed my order over the phone and just like the lady behind the phone said 3 -7 days I had my order in 4 days. I knew the color and all that I wanted to order. Everything was right about my order when I got it. I will keep doing business with the House Of Beauty World.

My experience with houseofbeautyworld.com is simply unacceptable. You have no right to be in business.
I placed an order with House of Beauty World on 12/29/14. My credit card was charged on 12/30/14. I never received my order! I sent an email on 1/16/15 regarding my order. No response! I called on 1/20/15 and was told my order shipped on 1/15/15, and I should receive it any day. Still no order! I called again on 1/29/15 and was told by Devon that my order was never shipped, nor where they going to ship it. WHAT? She asked if I wanted to split the shipping charges of $10.00, they would send it out right away. This company is terrible! Who does business like this?! Terrible, terrible company and customer service. They had no intention of shipping out my order, no phone call, no credit to my charge card, nothing. It is my duty to warn anyone and everyone to NOT shop with your company.
Answer: Nope! Try Amazon instead. HOB is not fulfilling shipments at all. Numerous customers never receive their orders or only receive a portion of their order with no refund
