Don't Waste Your Money, Buy On Amazon Instead!

I am writing a review on every website I can and I encourage anyone reading this who has not received their order to call their card company and have them reverse the payment and report this company to the BBB as well as the Philadelphia AG for fraudulent activity. I'm not giving them months to bs with my order. I started digging deeper after my order has been in label created status for over a week and the delivery date keeps changing everyday. I wish I read these reviews before I purchased it better yet just bought the items on Amazon it wouldn't hurt to pay more for a guaranteed delivery and that's what you'll have to do anyway since they never actually ship your product it's seems. And their customer service NEVER gets back with you besides that first bot email response someone called Renalyn sends from zen desk. There is a statute on reversals ppl call your bank and report the payment ASAP don't wait for broken promises for months. I know I'm not about to. Also report their website as a scam to Google, with enough reports their site will get flagged as well and we can hopefully save those who come after us!

Never received product.

I ordered 3 mascaras and a shipping label was created soon, however the order never left their facility until an entire month later. 4 emails to them about why it hadn't shipped went unanswered. Finally, after 5 weeks, I received my order only to find ONE mascara and a note saying they were waiting on a shipment from another warehouse and owed me 2 mascaras. Another email sent about canceling the order went unanswered as well. I will never buy from them again. I am disgusted.

Bought eyebrow pencil on 7/12, on 7/14 they told me I will be emailed with tracking number once order is shipped. Till date I have been calling amd sending emails and no response. Please stay away from this company! Very unprofessional

Bad product or fake product

I ordered a Mugler Angel gift set and the perfume is bad. Please see the pictures so you can see the difference and how bad the product is. It stinks too. The perfume is brownish gray instead of clear blue.

I'm not sure if their product is fake or just past expiration but my perfume is off and the woman on the phone doesn't seem to help. She won't discuss the problem and just keeps hanging up. I also sent an email with photos.

Returning an item
August 12, 2022

I have six phone numbers that I have called with House of beauty. None of them have answered I either get no one is available the mailbox is full sorry we cannot connect or simply just hanging up. I've also emailed and have gotten nowhere with that the emails that house of beauty sends me is the same email over and over saying that they have attached the return information but nothing is attached. I would not buy from House of beauty, if you do not like something you will not be able to return it!

This would have to be the worst company I have ever delt with order my product and no delivery after 6 weeks took my money and wont refund as after 5 weeks they sent me an email saying they did not have the stock, after 5 weeks? Really
My emails are not being responded to please be aware scammers dont order from this company discusting

I placed an order in March, it always shows "in process" and I got nothing for what I paid. When I was trying to call the customer service phone numbers, emailed, and left a message on the page it provided. ALL NO RESPONSE! Even now after 3 months passed, I have not get anything or refund back. If I can give no star on this website, I will do it for sure.

If you have time to reply the review here, you should reply my e-mail and refund my order. Otherwise, everything is excuse to me. And you will also lose customer trust at all.

I was seeing a great discount on the website and place some orders about 3 months ago. However, I only got a small part of my orders after 2 weeks I placed the orders. Then I never get anything after that. About a month ago, I start to trying contact with the customer service, but it seems they always change person's name to reply my e-mail and keep asking me to provide the packing list which I didn't get it in the beginning. I also try to call the phone numbers it list on the website page, but no one answer the phone. I even don't know if this website is really, but I won't buy anything from it anymore.

I'm beyond frustrated with House of Beauty World. I place my order on April 5,2022 and it FINALLY got delivered on May 10,2022 (a whole month later). All that waiting just to realize I literally only received ONE out of FOUR hair dyes I paid for! I WANT A REFUND. I emailed customer service about a dozen times at this point asking for a refund and no one ever answers. I don't trust that they will ever try to ship the three hair dyes to me and I wouldn't want to wait yet another month to receive them anyway.

Once again- I WANT A REFUND!

BEWARE

Beware of ordering from this company right now! I placed an order in March. They were great initially getting the order shipped initially. However, there was one item in my order that they did not have. They sent a notification with the shipment that I would receive it shortly. However, it has been almost 2 months and I have not received it. Numerous emails to support online and after being told it was on the way, it never showed. In a follow up email I was then asked for proof that I never received the item with the initial shipment. REALLY! Unbelievable that they don't have record of that. Multiple emails since showing the invoice and note saying the item was missing and would come shortly and I now do not receive any response for over 2 weeks. Using the pandemic as an excuse now when the country is fully open and no one is even wearing masks is unacceptable!

They will not return/exchange product. There are no instructions on the website or the package invoice to return product. They will not respond to email or phone calls. I have email repeatedly to get a return address, NO RESPONSE!

I purchased 4 items in November and received only 3 of the items, with the most expensive item not included. In early January, HOB did mention that I would be receiving a refund within 7 business days and fast forward 4 months later... nothing. I tried to reverse the charges with my credit card company and because I waited for HOB to follow through with countless emails, I cannot get a refund. I emailed and called again, nothing. Lost my money, and they lost a customer. STAY AWAY! There are more reputable companies out there that will value your hard earned money.

I recently ordered a hair product that was hardened and unusable. I reached out to the manufacturer and was told that it was manufacturer 6 years ago and is now considered expired. I tried reaching out to House of Beauty and
#1 - they never answer their phone.
#2 - when I finally got a call-back, they were giving me the runaround and asking for all kinds of pictures of the product saying that the product does not expire. I"ve sent them the requested photos and have not received an answer back.
#3 - I've been calling every day for the past 2 weeks and am unable to get in contact with customer service
4) - This issue is still unresolved and I am unable to get a refund for my expired product

Worst customer service and I feel somewhat scammed. I will not purchase anything else from this site and would warn others about

Ripped off

I placed my order on April 7 and my account was charged on April 8. To date I haven't received the product nor have I been told when it will ship. I've sent 2 emails and left a voicemail. I received one email response that it was being looked into, but that was 2 days ago and nothing has happened. Unfortunately I didn't use a credit card to pay, or I would have the bank dispute the charge. As it is, I am expecting to lose my money, as this doesn't look promising. I'll certainly be more careful with my on-line shopping going forward. There are multiple reviews with this same problem, which I didn't read before ordering. Stupid me.

P and P costs weren't obvious until after submission, then costs
Spiralled even more as I was international which meant the unseen
Costs before submission became much more than the order was worth. I
Cancelled the order through the proper channels within 10 mins of
Ordering. A response was requested by me after 2 days and someone did
Email to say they would look into it. 2 further requests for
Information we're ignored. I got a shipping notification to which I
Responded to say I had cancelled the order within 10 mins of ordering
Due to spiralling unseen costs and would like a full refund. I still
Have not heard anything. I now have products I don't want that have
Cost me a lot of money and of course I'm not going to send them back
As that means I pay out more Money.
Hats off to your unscrupulous business decisions! I shall never order
Anything else from you and shall warn others off too!

This was my review to them personally and their response was - 'your order has been delivered already'... no apology, no attempt to say please feel free to return items, nothing helpful what so ever... enough said?!
