I bought once and got my product... tried again and can't get them to send my product, cancel my order, return my money. No one EVER picks up the phone and emails are robot answers. DO NOT BUY!
I've had a issue since January when I got in touch to resolve it, so many messages saying "Bear with us due to the pandemic"blah blah blah
So after 11 weeks I've had enough go to send another message and webpage disappeared and I've been blocked! Disgusting absolutely disgusting! Be very cautious buying from this diabolical company!
I would give zero stars if I could. I am currently working on meeting with a lawyer that works on cases with scam companies like this! I made a purchase yesterday and they took the money out my account right away but no order number sent or confirmation! I contacted the number listed on the website which is *******666 and told them I had Not received an order number or confirmation and they texted me back and said they don't have a order that popped up for me. I sent them the screenshot of where it says they took the money out my account already and a bunch of other messages and I got left on read until someone texted back and said they will review it and contact me tomorrow! I'm not going to play this game. I asked for a refund and then they said 5-10 days which I doubt will happen because clearly they're a scam. I mentioned a lawyer and the person working
Their customer service texted back and said " ok" like they don't care about getting sued. Please read ALL the reviews about this fraud company and don't purchase $140 down the drain and now I have to go through all this talking to my bank to get my money back and hopes that that will work. But I don't know how this company is still in business they have like 50 reviews of people upset from them doing this. One day someone ( like me) is going to take legal actions and then what now your company is gone because you want to run a unprofessional scam business and have bad customer service! I mean I lost $140 but they probably have been taking thousands this whole time adding up from people who purchased. They must be stopped.
When placing an order, please make sure it is the House of Beauty. Today this website had some fraudulent activities going on and I received a telephone call from my bank that two order were placed and I did not do it. Banker stated that one order was denied and now my credit card is on hold. Be aware of hackers coping the company web page.
They took my money off my credit card. Chg. Xtra for shipping. Never received tracking number or product that I ordered. Left several mess.to no avail. Please look into house of Beauty for Fraud. Thank you. C Duke
I've bulk purchased from houseofbeauttworld many years. Their customer service has plummeted severely. For the first time, ever, I need to return an unused item and their policy is email them for a return authorization number (RAN). I ordered 36 oz of biosilk shampoo and 36 oz conditioner. The order came as three 12 oz bottles of each. Only ONE 12 oz shampoo and ONE 12 oz conditioner was tried. It took my hair out. The other 4 bottles can be returned. Never opened. Back to their return policy: There's a 21 day window, but they purposefully ignore my emails, draining the time window. I'm having to send all attempted correspondence to my bank for a refund. I forewarned that i would if i can't get an RAN and exchange product. Whomever finally responded flat out DO NOT care. No RAN sent. Also the free shipping within the U.S. for large orders is a lie. They charge, they are slow at filling orders and There's no customer service to call or that will EVER answer nor respond. Save yourself the trouble and find another supplier. I'm having to.

I've reached out multiple times via email and left messages on their customer service number. No one has returned my call or replied to my emails other than the auto reply. My order was returned to sender and was placed on 12/17/21. It was for $99.80 I would either like the products or to be refunded.
I ordered a product in Oct 2021. It was not available and I have not been able to secure a refund after numerous email requests. They simply do not answer and your money is gone. Under no circumstances order from them.
Absolute garbage made in china this is how it arrived to my house 3 days ago have tried to reach them by phone, email, nothing.
I was supposed to get free shipping but was charged after they had my card information and before I realized I was going to have to pay for shipping. They said it was because my package weighed more than 10 pounds. Had I known, I would have ordered less. They just lost a customer!
Ordered from Australia on 28th Nov and still haven't received my products. Tried reaching multiple times and no reply from them yet! 2 months in and no idea where my package is or any response from team.
EDIT: Refund happened but there is no way am ever ordering from these people again.
I waited 7 weeks for a product, contacted them, and they sent me an email saying there was none in stock and I would get a refund, but they INCLUDED in my email my FULL CREDIT CARD NUMBER along with the EXPIRATON DATE! Surprise, surprise… a few days later my cc was compromised! What idiots!
I ordered a cream in August, received 2 emails saying the product isnt even in stock and has to wait 2-4weeks. Its not january and i havent heard anything since september. I have emailed 3 times and called and received no response.

The company sold a product incompatible with the country I live. Never replied my emails. They don't answer any call by the phone on internet.
I'm almost a year waiting for an answer and until now not even a sorry.
That was the first and last time I bought something from that company. I was a awful decision.
Ordered Hask Charcoal shampoo from this site. Had a hard time finding as I believe manufacturer had discontinued. Was surprised when I googled product that this site had stock. Ordered 3 bottles and waited. Received order couple of weeks later. Opened box and realized they had sent Hask Charcoal conditioner which pretty much is in stock everywhere. Checked my confirmation email they sent and they had changed confirmed the order as conditioner which I hadn't noticed when I received the email. Contacted customer service. They said I had ordered conditioner ( didn't) and I could get a refund if I sent photos of product, paid shipping back and had a 30% restocking fee. For what it's worth it's cheaper for me to throw the three bottles in trash.
DONOT waste your money doing business with this company. It's not worth the aggravation.
I made an order on 29 November, the item said delivered by 1 December. I am still waiting for my merchandise! I have sent two emails asking for information and all I get is some automated response! I guess I'll be listing this with the BBB and going to the Post office to see about mail fraud! They were quick to take my money! I wish they could be given a zero star rating!
I have tried to email about the products I did not receive but have heard nothing back. Two items in my order were handwritten "sold out, not available" but I was charged for them anyway. I have asked for a refund but still no word and it's almost a week later. I will keep emailing and maybe hear about a refund?
I placed my order with house of beauty on October 15th and the shipping option I chose was 3-7 days. It's almost been a month and they haven't even shipped my product out yet. I wrote a message to them regarding my order on their website and was told that my order would be shipped the following week. It's been 3 weeks and my order hasn't been shipped and no one will answer my message anymore, plus I can't track the order on the website. The only reason I decided to order from house of beauty was because I got all the products I needed from LovelySkin.com, they were just sold out of one of the items I needed and were restocking the following week but I didn't want to wait that long for the product so I tried this website, little did I know I would be waiting a month +. If you're looking for a good, reliable website please check lovelyskin.com FIRST - I literally get all my products within 2 days of ordering them, I should have stuck with this website. I did read a couple negative reviews about house of beauty scamming people this way but I figured i'd give them a shot anyway. BAD IDEA. This website is horrible - use any other website for your products! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Please be careful with this website. Don't waste your money and your time chasing them to get your right order or your money back! It is a big joke, a big scam. I ordered a hairdryer and a brush more than three months ago, I have contacted them multiple times and they haven't been replied, the order status hasn't been updated it and sadly I have found thousands of unsatisfied customers having the same plroblem.
It took me multiple emails and finally threats on a public forum to get my refund... so stay away...!
Answer: Nope! Try Amazon instead. HOB is not fulfilling shipments at all. Numerous customers never receive their orders or only receive a portion of their order with no refund
