However the Left side catalytic converter's O2 sensor threaded portion was slightly out of position compared to the stock version that i had to use tin snips to cut back a bit of the exhaust manifold heat shield, bummer! But the Catalytic converter installed fine, and got rid of my P430 code! Thanks Guys!
