Worst site ever to book hteol rooms. They'll charge you twice and will not refund your money back. They use third party for your bookings such as getaroom.com. You're not allowed to contact getaroom.com and when you contact hotelwiz, they either keep sending you to the hotel for refund and keep pushing you for days before you can get a refund. And you will finally get nothing. BEWARE!
I paid 408 US dollars on the site for my hotel stay. Once I got to the hotel, nothing was paid by the site. I had to pay a balance of 275 pounds in order to stay.

Hotelwiz helped me book at the Harrah's in Las Vegas at a great price. The booking process was super easy.
They sold me a hotel room. I went to check into the hotel and the hotel had no rooms. The hotel said they told all their partners 3 days ago they were sold out and I booked the hotel the day before. A week later and still no refund from hotel wiz.
