Ordered 2 rooms, tried to make it a 3rd room, going back and forth between orders seemed to get mixed up in cache and problem selecting # of rooms. Eventually worked it out, but wasn't as smooth as I had hoped. Not unhappy, but had a few difficulties. Called HotelsOne, but basically they just gave instructions on what to do on the web... so calling customer service was pointless. They were nice, but if your only answer is "do it on the web page", well that isn't always helpful even if it is my fault for messing up the order. Your person was not unpleasant or anything, they just weren't useful and since I eventually figured it out on the web, all is ok.

Good website, informative, fast, thank you. I had previously googled (elsewhere) to see if the hotel I selected had air conditioning - yes, was the response - but this was not confirmed either by HotelsOne or the hotel itself. HotelsOne have, however, been very attentive in confirming my reservation, explaining the caveats, and even sending me directions by road.

The booking went fine online. My concern was that we are bringing our little dog and I wasn't sure I booked a pet friendly room. I'm still not sure! But I put pet friendly in the parameters when choosing a hotel.
The site made making a room reservation very easy.
I told the agent that I did not know my confirmation number and could she send it to me by email. She then ASKED me for my confirmation number and I reminded her I did not have that. Then she asked for itinerary number, which I did not have. She then told me she couldn't help me without these things. Then I asked if she could look me up by name or email which she eventually did. It was a lot of work to get a very basic piece of information.

This was very easy process to follow. The site was very organized and easy to book my stay.

Every time they have good prices. It is easy to compare diferrent hotels prices in the same area.
A little pricey, especially with all the add ons. Not sure why hotels, etc don't just give you a price for your room, instead they add on all these extras. $50 for overnight parking is crazy
Would be nice for clarification on fees because of booking through hotel one I paid 200$ more than if I booked direct… not very happy about that at all
