Just needed a nice affordable place to spend the night before going on a cruise and parking for the duration.

I understand I could have received a senior discount by using a code during booking. I wasn't aware at the time.

Very well. No complicated issues. Making the reservation was easy.

It was easy to set up a reservation but I was disappointed that it was NON-REFUNDABLE. Every other sight I have booked through allows for cancellation at no cost which is important if circumstances change. We have no plans to change our reservation but if needed it would be nice to know I would not be out $200. With hotels needing the business and with accommodation rates having increased 25% in the last two years no cost cancellation should be offered.

Quoted a rate that was $150 more than on your website, and when I asked about an AARP rate, they transferred me into thin air. I booked online.
