J'ai confirmé ma commande tout en prenant connaissance de l'avis de non remboursement mais je déplore ceci car à 68 ans tout peut arriver.
J'aurais dû appeler directement l'hôtel pour faire une réservation avec possibilité de& annulation. C'est ce que je ferai à l'avenir

I booked a reservation on a Tuesday for the upcoming Saturday night in Victoria at the Bedford regency hotel, l had to correct the first booking, on Wednesday I cancelled the reservation using their online system and received an email with the following response (attached below)however my hotel room was never canceled and they refuse to refund my money, hotels one is blaming it on the Bedford however it is their system that failed

I called your phone which was in the booking confirmation email. There was no one answer the phone, it kept looping with voice message... it wasted half an hour my time... i reported this to the crime division of the police. I was exhausted in dealing with this in the evening to 10:30 pm, but no result

I had a good stay But after I returned home I realized I did not have a receipt for the hotel cost. I called the hotel and they. Said I would have to contact Expedia. I have not had any luck contacting Expedia. Frustrating as hell
