En general, la experiencia es buena, pero al solicitar factura este trámite se hace algo tedioso y largo, debido a que se debe de esperar a cargar el saldo en la tarjeta y para hacerlo se debe de llenar una carta con todos los datos de la tarjeta, lo cuál puede generar una pequeña molestia ya que se tienen los datos de número de tarjeta, fecha de validez y número de seguridad, lo que puede dejar el sabor amargo.
