I called looking for a hotel room in Columbus Georgia after driving out of Florida (hurricane milton) and somehow I got Christian on the phone. He went above and beyond any help I have ever received… as I foolishly did not think to find a room before I left Florida… good old anxiety kicking in… he kept searching for me until he found a room … and was professional, kind, and consistently courteous.
