I called the Hampton Inn Hotel to reserve a Queen room for my daughter & grandchildren who will be passing through Dumas tonight on their way to Colorado. Joyce was very helpful in assisting me.

Buyer beware and book directly with hotel! Cannot get a refund for illness without a doctor's note. I said due to HIPPA, not required to disclose. They said HIPPA doesn't apply. If traveling to location in the winter and there is heavy snow and ice falling--that doesn't count either. Must have proof of road closings. :( If there is a death of an immediate family member, with proof of a death certificate and proof that you loved them (at the time of death), I believe you can get your money back, but short of that...good luck! Book direct with the hotel next time. Absolutely zero to be gained booking through this SCAM!

Experian should not rate this so high. The people were so nice & helpful.
The room is not so good. Mold in the shower. Very old but hard worker's
Repräsentative was competent and easy to understand. She does need to pronounce Iowa correctly. Reservation were made efficiently.

We had a complication at another hotel because we have a small dog. We were lucky that Daniel was able to find us last minute lodging and informed us that our hotel would accept our pet! He Saved the day!

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
