The customer service rep making my reservation was very pleasant but has a very hard time understanding basic English and has a hard time with pronunciations of basic English spelling. Again, very nice but I would prefer to speak with persons with better English skills

Fernando did a great job helping me secure a mobility accessible room close to the downtown Mercy One Hospital in Des Moines. Originally I intended to go to the Holiday Inn, but there were no rooms that met our needs. He searched to find us another room closeby that would work for us. We have a distance to travel to get the medical help we need. It is so much easier when we can have accomodations the day before and day of medical procedures. Thanks
