We are Hilton Honors Members and frequently book reservations at the Hampton Inn Williamsburg Square. Today we booked 2 separate reservations with Joyce, who was friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful as we had several requests related to being handicapped. She was EXCELLENT!

When I decided to call the hotel directly, my hotel stay was only a little over $600 and that my government rate was never applied with Dealora. She lied and I canceled my reservation immediately
