The hotel rep was very patient and kind as he assisted me with finding the best booking solution for my stay.

You quoted me the wrong number and the wrong hotel and then when I asked you about it, you didn't even tell me that you made a mistake but instead just quoted me a new number significantly higher than the first number. Feels like it was a total scam from the start.

You misrepresented the hotel you booked me and assured me I could cancel if I wasn't happy. The hotel was not a 4 star. It was the worst place I have ever seen. I wouldn't let my dog stay there.

Professional and well spoken seemed knowledgeable I made a reservation and hope to have a wonderful experience.

The rep was polite, concise in processing the reservation. I had been on line looking at different sights. Disillusioned with all the different pricing gimmicks and decided to call for reservations. Pricing incredibly deceptive on line and thru toll free line. But we need a room at this location so I booked it……but certainly not the rep fault, he did a great job
