We were looking for a hotel room for one night. Our first choice was Fairmont but it was a little pricey. He offered to find us a room at another hotel with accessible features and a bit less. He found us two options which worked out well.

I almost made an expensive mistake while trying to book my room. Not only did Emmanuel keep me from making that mistake, he saw to it that I wouldn't do it again. The property I was trying to book didn't have the kind of room I needed. Emmanuel searched for the closest property with that room. I felt that I wasn't just a number to Emmanuel.
