Hard to understand. Had to correct the reservation date and my email address. Reservation confirmation never did come through in my email. Had to call hotel directly to make sure I hadn't been scammed.

The beds were terrible sank to the middle. There was a spider 🕷 in the room and I brought it to the reception attention and nothing was done. It's not the reception problem, the company should be spraying. Reception was very good
