You should inform customers that you're adding reservation insurance without disclosing it upfront. I found out by accident and I was not happy you are adding extras a customer may not want without any disclosure.
Lauren was extremely helpful in making a reservation for an elderly family member. She was very easy to communicate with and was able to trouble shoot some issues we had with a credit card payment. I am completely grateful that she was the representative that took our call.
