Trying to book adjoining rooms. The agent asked me to hold, then I heard a menu that instructed me to enter my reservation number.
I still don't have a reservation and may rethink my plans.
Amanda was great. We had reservations in Biloxi, but I had a family emergency and needed to go to Hattiesburg, Mississippi.I had to paid more for the room in Hattiesburg. Why? I was only paying $129.00 for the room in D'lberville, Ms. That's $107.00 more
She was great. She's efficient with great communication and personality. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Joyce. Looking forward to.my stay.

First of all, Carolyn has a very pleasant phone voice. She took care to get my reservation right, and even gave me a weather forecast when I asked what to expect on my day of arrival. Carolyn is a keeper (!) and made my reservation process a joy.

Lauren did a good job in helping me find a hotel in the Redondo Beach area that would accommodate my pet. She even looked for other hotels that were not Hilton.
