The gentleman/Cory, and pardon my language, was a lying sack of poo poo. I was booking a room for the North Hampton Fairfield Marriott online. I am a Marriott member, but didn't have my number handy and I know you get a discount. So I called what appeared to be, a number for Marriott. Cory said that I couldn't book a room online and if I did, it wouldn't be there when I got there. He said this is my biggest problem. People try to book online and then it doesn't work and they tell them to call this number. The price online was 367 and he said that doesn't exist and I have to pay 509. I went through the process of booking through but at the same time booked online. I told him that I just got a confirmation from Marriott that I have this room at the cheaper price. He said he can check his system and that doesn't exist and I need to book through him and I'm making this all too complicated. When I got to the North Hampton Marriott I told the story to the manager. He said I have two bookings and he would cancel the more expensive one. Turns out that he canceled the one from Fairfield/Marriott can't cancel the one from the third-party. I am now disputing this case for fraud with my credit card company.

I am most grateful and thankful for a very gracious courteous and helpful representative helping me obtain a reservation. My niece is getting married & I am traveling for her wedding. While attempting to enter cc# to pay for my reservation, 4 numbers were being added automatically
That I did not add. Representative noted this and had me re-enter the cc#s. Once again this happened that 4 #s were added to the beginning of what I had entered. Representative became frustrated and what I perceived to have raised his voice to me. I calmly explained that what I saw on my cell phone screen was the first 4 numbers that I had not entered. Representative then sent me a text message with a link that I could then enter my cc# without any more complications. In my professional opinion, as a nurse manager, I believe this situation certainly could have been handled improved communication.
They charged me two deposits because I exstended my stay. They only returned one deposit. Now I have to sue in small claims for my other $175. Manager is lazy and very rude!. Corporate hides thier phone number because they don't give a $#*! about their guests.

You charged me two deposits and only returned one. The manager is rude. And when caught telling lies you yells that you are screaming at her! Absolutely crazy. Pomona La Quinta is just plain run by crazies!
When he said the price for a 2 queen bed room at Holiday Inn Express was over $240 I told him that I didn't want to book a room and would go onto the website since it was much cheaper. He became very rude and with a condescending tone told me that it was going to be a lot more expensive and after taxes it was going to be the same amount he was quoting. I ended up booking the room online for $149 for a King bed which is what I wanted anyway and taxes only came to $22. The room cost me $180 all included, WITHOUT ANY ATTITUDE!
Unacceptable we called and cancelled the reservation because it was booked for a different city that was repeatedly told to him and he still put it down for a different city. And now we've been waiting for more than 10 days for our money refund. AND WE STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE! CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND WAS TOLD THAT WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER PHONE CALL! RIDICULOUS!

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
