My hotel planner was best I have ever talked to. She was willing to take time with me and explain things that I might not have understood. She was willing to go the extra distance for me. I've had one individual hang up on me because he was frustrated with me, my hotel planner would never have done that. She's wonderful.

I was told by Rachel that I was booking a hotel with Park to fly services. It turns out the hotel booked does N OT have this capability. I bb tried to cancel only to be told there is a 30% penalty. Now I am fighting with this company because In was not getting what I need so, I bb want a full refund.

The agent was very patient with me when I put my credit card number in since I forgot to tell her it was an American Express card. Everything went well.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
